1. BADDASS 11 Bridge ungrooved in chrome, good condition. £60 posted.
2. **PLEASE NOTE THE TUNERS ARE NOT INCLUDED.** Mighty mIte neck in what looks to be good condition. Got it as part of a deal but I have no need of it so here it is. Frets look fine and it looks straight to me. Truss rod works fine. £60 delivered Hipshot tuners & bushings are for sale but need to find out what they're worth first.
3. Here for sale is my Jazz, MIM it is a nice example with a good action. The neck is excellent, I've just lemoned it and cleaned the frets. Seems very powerful to me but I'm assuming it has the standard pickups. The body too is very good and shiny, let down only by a couple of small dinks where your arm goes over the top. This is a super little bass bass. Looking for £290 delivered. HARD CASE NOW INCLUDED Thanks for looking.
4. Agree totally. If I didn't have 3x G&L's and an orange trans Jazz I would have bought this ages ago, in fact I'm trying to justify it in my head! I suspect a lot of people are thinking like this because there are so many bargains to be had here. Crikey that maple neck...... with white.... aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh go away Rich
5. It is Cocco, If you've never tried one you are missing out on a super bass.
6. I can't see the vid?
7. Is this the ebay one? 40 quid postage? Tried Interparcel? Much cheaper fully insured Good luck with the sale, looks nice.
8. Sorry, don't mean any offence. I often am very interested in an item with no location but as McNach says it's their loss.
9. Worra to$$er! "You can arrange your own courier but all I can do is put it in its gigbag for (no) protection" Don't put yourself out whatever you do
10.
I guess it depends who you admire. Gary Willis, Steve Lawson, Anthony Jackson, Janek Gwizdala, Matthew Garrison, John Patitucci, Jimmy Haslip, Andrew Gouche, Anthony Wellington, Todd Johnson, Damien Erskine, Tom Kennedy, Tony Grey, Kai Ehhardt, Adam Nitti, Richard Bona, and Jimmy Johnson are some of my favourite players. All play either a 5 string or a 6 as their main instrument. The only 4 string players I really like are Michael Manring, Stanley Clarke and Marcus Miller .
I'm embarrassed to say that I've never heard of any of the 5 string players.
11. Yeah I'm good Karl, the smiley means: WTF?
12. No not that one. Is it just me that gets very frustrated reading adverts and getting a little bit excited about a bass, amp etc' only to find that the OP's location box hasn't been filled in? You then have to post saying like "where are you located?" I immediately lose interest and don't bother anymore. No one wants to put their address or road up publicly but come on! the town shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure a lot of sales are lost because people can't be bothered waffing about asking where they are in the country (or even the world) It should be the law /discuss
13. 9 at the moment, had 27 this time last year. Place is looking a bit empty
14. That looks nice Iain
15. How can you tell it's plywood?
16. Nuvver bump. These are excellent, easy to play basses, you wouldn't be disappointed.
17. I'd love an explorer shaped bass..
18. yesnoyesnoyesnoyesnoyesnoyesno....... absolutely gas free here! no I'm not, maybe, perhaps. Yes, I don't know, need to buy another bass to make sure I'm gas free. Err..
19. That face on your arm is trying to hypnotize me...........
20. Cheers guys!
21. I have the aforementioned TRB1004 and it is everything you would expect from a quality well made instrument. Back in the day I was a Yamaha dealer and have to say even the 70 quid acoustic guitars were superb for the money. I suppose they can be a bit soul less but the TRB is full of character after some stuff that I've played lately but I've hung my coat on the G&L stand and I'm unlikely to remove it in the foreseeable future. Stonkin bass though
22. Well, another deal done with Geoff, I echo everyone's praise for the excellent communication, friendly emails and very quick payments. Thanks again sir, hope to deal again soon! Take care, Tom.
23.
quote.... Will having a newer string sound odd? there is lots of more important things in this world..
There speaks the Zen Master
