    I've built a 2x12" with the Deltalites and it was KILLER! These woofers are so light they feel like they're toys... have a bump!

    A loud 1x12" would be your best bet IMHO. 1x10"s aren't loud enough (usually).

    I've put this one together in a few hours... maybe 2 afternoons? 8.8kg, 100db, 200w/8Ohm. Very loud and pretty small. I'm willing to share the plans if anybody needs it. Total cost: €100!

    I'm pretty sure that the 1x10" cab of the combo somehow ruins the sound of the head. I used it on a couple of Eminence powered cabs and it was really really something!

    Well... the amp is really wonderful. The first thing I noticed is that the power section is very good... doesn't have the "hollow" sounding lows of some other class D amps like the MB200. The preamp is a bit mid-heavy but this can be tamed using a bit of the adjustable Contour. The chassis looks cheesy in pictures but is pretty sturdy and well made, polished on the front and matt black on other sides. I opened mine and everything is pretty tidy... it's really a winner.

    The HB 250w is actually back in stock... I have one and is a bargain. Certainly worth twice what it goes for!

    I've owned several heads, big and small... the Harley Benton has a very, very good power section. It doesn't have the "hole" in the bass frequencies that many class D have. The low end is thick and solid. I love mine. Probably will get the 500 too!

    I must admit this amp is incredible. Mind you, I owned and tested several amps in these years... a friend of mine has a LittleMark250 and the BA250 sounds much better and is louder too (costing LESS than 50%!!!). He came today and confirmed everything, so it's not due to the fact I'm deaf

As often happens, bought it and found out I rarely use it Comes with box, instructions and power supply with european plug. The difference between this one and the Boss RC series? This one has a flash card that allows you to save 99 tracks, USB connection and saves material in WAV format.

    I think the cabinet has a very important role in the final sound. Tomorrow I'll find out how the head works with a good quality cabinet. Of course if it's really disappointing I'm going to return it.

    I ordered the 250w head version of that thing, plan to use it with a self-made cabinet with Eminence 15" woofer (so the eventually bad enclosure of the combo is out of the equation). Should receive it tuesday.
