1. A Mk1 in very good nick. Only issue is one missing rubber pad on the bottom. Velcro fitted. £70 including delivery to the UK Peter
2. Price reduced to £260 My mint condition Darkglass B7k is up for grabs. A superb pedal that has been used at band practice only and now that the band has folded it's sat doing not a lot. It's a made in Finland model and works perfectly as it should. With original box and instructions if I can locate them. No scratches at all major or minor, it really is mint. It has been kept in a Diago footboard case and it's not been gigged so it's been babied. Velcro on rear, delivery at cost. 3. A bump from a long time ago and a price reduction to £85 plus delivery (not a lot to UK). Peter
4. For sale, a near mint German Warwick Streamer Std. 5. Bump with price reduction. Bargain time, £200 plus delivery at cost. Peter
6. I've got my eyes firmly fixed on another bass and my Tony Butler Signature P bass needs to go. I paid £210 for it. I fitted a Kiorgon harness to it to replace the original cheap pots with CTS pots and decent wiring/capacitor. I fitted some quality flat topped chrome knobs and it's much improved. The fretwork wasn't ideal so I invested £110 in a fret dress and a new nut and now the fretwork is top notch (Phil Hartley in Bolton did the work). So with the Ernie Ball nickels I've spent the best part of £400 on the bass and it's hardly been played. It has Wilkinson Tuners/Pickup/Bridge that are a cut above the usual budget bass gear and it's nicely finished with a classic maple/black/black look with a vintage hue neck. I had it up for sale for a firm £250 previously but needs must. This really IS a bargain believe me. Collection and viewing no problem or will deliver at cost. 34" scale and it sounds really nice. 7. If I'm honest John it was as if my fingers typed that without me knowing. Oh how I'd love her back. I too have too many basses (8), most of which I can't bring myself to sell. I've the following that I could trade (in combination and making a great deal): Warwick Streamer std, lovely condition and a great player Darkglass B7K pedal - mint QSC RMX 850 power amp in Boschma 4U case, hardly used Electro Harmonix Stereo Memoryman with Hazerai, great nick and even - gulp, my Fender Marcus Miller 4 (CIJ) a recent acquisition with John East pre fitted at great expense old socks, mint upgraded and fully fret dressed Vintage Tony Butler sig, two Bengal cats.....err...... Desperation rising, reality depressing Peter
8.
Come back to Pedro
9. Pete bought my Duesenberg Star. A straightforward and most pleasant transaction, thank you Pete Peter
10. This is a great price and opportunity if you need a power amp guys. Bump!
11. Due to complete lack of interest in this great bass, understandably as stated above, I'm keeping it. Peter
12. Bump before withdrawing and keeping Maybe I need to try to sell another bass. Can'r decide which one though, like giving away a child. Peter
13. I've my QSC RMX 850 power amp up for grabs. It's been used for a handful of band practices only and the band has gone so..... http://qsc.com/produ...Series/RMX_850/ It's housed in an excellent Boschma 4U flightcase and I also have the original box and manual. I bought the amp from new and it's been looked after. I'm looking for £235 with the flightcase (which cost £75 from Flightcase warehouse) or I would consider splitting and sending it in the original box at £200. It's heavy so delivery will be £30 to UK addresses. Collection not a problem as is reasonably local meet up. Bass is for scale and not for sale, no way Peter
14. Bump to the top for one time only I know this bass is 'only' a Vintage Tony Butler Signature P It cost something like the asking price. It is effectively in as new condition. It's been professionally refretted and plays like butter. It has 'proper' electrics, CTS pots and quality knobs. It has a new nut set up spot on. It's Wilkinson bridge and pickup are good quality items. It sounds great, it looks tremendous with it's black/black/maple style. It's cost over £400 to get to this state and yes it's still only a Vintage. I understand that. It goes for £250 + delivery or I keep it. I have 8 basses with a custom incoming so can't really justify keeping it but a spare P bass never goes amiss I suppose Peter
15. This bass is provisionally sold.
16. Feeling the love. Thnx guys:-)
17. Oops, 30"
18. Thanks Mike, appreciated.
19. I bought a Vintage Tony Butler Signature on a whim (it looks stunning) and to have as a cheap pub passive backup. The bass is well made with decent Wilkinson pickups, tuners and bridge. The electrics were cheap Chinese items that were replaced with a CTS harness and 'proper' knobs. The fretwork was woeful so I gave the bass to renowned luthier Phil Hartley in Bolton and he dressed the frets, set it up with new Ernie Ball Nickels and replaced the nut. So I spent another £200 on it and as I'm not in a band at the mo so I don't really need it. I'm looking for £250 plus delivery. Yep, 34" scale. It's a great P, what more can I say, plays ever so well, mint condition and in black with a 3 ply black plate I think it's classy. 20. I've taken a few photos of my Duesenberg Star that I'm looking to sell. It's a German made Star, not a 'Starplayer'. It's a twin pickup Vol/Vol/Tone model. It is a mint immaculate example and really does sound like it should imo. I've had a play on more expensive Gretsch models and I've found them disappointing. This sounds like you would expect a semi acoustic to sound, strong and with a hint of the acoustic. Oh and yes it does have a black flame finish in the curved back I'm looking at £450 plus delivery. Here's some photos:
21. Okay so I'm a bassist and the band is looking rather shaky so I'm up for new opportunities. I'm a bassing bassist based in Kendal but I'm not biased. Peter

Thanks Dood. I'm presently using a Polytune, Darkglass (with EQ) and a Seymour Duncan Doubleback compressor. The Darkglass isn't getting used to a great deal of effect to be honest either. I'd like to add some chorus but prefer to be minimalist with a board. Am I right in understanding that the B3 can create up to 3 simultaneous effects (including amp sim and compressor) and the MS 4? I'm leaning towards the MS Edited to add, I've ordered a B3 - lol Peter

Hmmm.. Liking the idea of this and wondering Dood your thoughts on the B3 vs MS60-B? Peter
24. A great piece of woody Scottish mastery and a great guy to buy from. Peter
