You mentioned this in another thread - I wouldn't worry about it. EBMM would not make a bass that could only do one string gauge.

I tried RXs in 2016 and used them for around six months or so. Great strings that have become harder to find here since Brexit.

Just unplug the lead - takes two seconds.

Go to a music store and play every bass. If there are none you like, go to the next store and do the same. Try to avoid buying blind because it can be a money pit.

I guarantee nobody could tell in a blind test the difference between class A/B and class D. This ridiculous rumour has been doing the rounds forever on the Internet due to 'a company' being concerned that class D would take over and leave them in the dust.
