It's the Courier... more specifically the depot. Actual local deliverer-ers are fine.
Depot seem to add the extra day or two by being stretched...

Prolly get the glue wicking done while the crack is open with the string tension.
Then strings loose and check the neck, maybe take of and release the TR a bit till flat before the glue dries, and clamp.

Update: Twas the jack sockets... sealed 7 or 9 pin units.
Think the IP is grounded with no jack they were worn so wouldn't un-ground.
The Board Sockets had a different pin out, so Chassis mounted the sockets (upside down for room) and fly-wired to the board.
Need to give it a proper go.
