    I see it on the bay... Tuners had been re-aligned, the nut scalloped and a replacement bridge hanging over the end... Something about achieving a perfect balance... Not sure if it was Macca's signature was on the headstock in sharpie?

    Seen a secondhand Line6 UX1 @ £15... more my kinda budget. Will that do-the-do with the Pod Farm Amp Sim Software. Presumably can use an FX board or Zoom etc, then plug in to the Audio Interface? EDIT: Picked it up - the Pod Farm stuff looks interesting... Bargain i think...

    ^ shows the neck taper, heel and same as pocket... its not 'square in' By squaring the heel, moving it up in the pocket.. you will get a gap L and R...

    Following... loves a bitsa build... Neck Heel... I don't think you want to square-off your existing neck, as it would try to sit further back in the pocket, although the heel taper might not allow it, and then the bridge will be out. Stick it in and try it.
