[ALL SOLD] * Clear out of stuff that’s been knocking around my garage for years. Lots of stuff: search for Tag MoleSaleMay21 * Have tried to price these as “postage plus a few quid”. Happy to listen to offers for some / all of it! * All prices include UK ONLY postage (Royal Mail standard 2nd class i.e. proof of postage, no signature/tracking, covered to £20). * Payment by PayPal (buyer protection at your additional cost) or BACS. Trade ins of interest: * Sandberg gig bag * Lava Tightrope pedalboard patch cable (at least 1m, any colour) [SOLD] Speakon plugs - Neutrik NL4FC 4 pole twist - £5 Used - 7 plugs. 4 pole, the original twist lock plugs. Two of the plugs only have two terminal grub screws present. The twist lock mechanisms work fine. Will accept 1.5mm or 2.5mm cable. [SOLD] Jack plugs - Neutrik NP2C mono ¼” - £6 Used - 11 plugs. Mono / unbalanced ¼”. 10 nickel (five of them with screen-printed RS part number), 1 black. All previously soldered at least once. [SOLD] XLR plugs - Neutrik right angle male and female - £6 Used - 12 right angle male, 4 right angle female. All previously soldered at least once. All shell screws present. All have RS logo screen-printed, and some have sharpied text written on - they’ll clean up fine with a light scouring pad and white spirit. [SOLD Shure SM58 (broken) - £5 Broken / Non-functional so sold for spares. Internal wiring looks visually ok so suspect the capsule is fried. Cosmetically fine. [SOLD] Sennheiser 935 radio mic basket top - £5 Fits 2000 Series, G4 SKM, and G3 SKM. Basket top ONLY. Bought the wrong one! Unused. [SOLD] DI - dual channel, passive, home-made - £4 I haven’t tested this to see if it actually works. Not made by me, inherited with a PA we bought years ago - looks like a kit build, well done and good components. Passive. Unbalanced Jack in, XLR out. I think the jack outs are just paralleled off the inputs, but they’re also wired to the ground lift switch (I’m not an expert!). Ground lift per channel. Phase switch per channel. 120mm wide x 100mm deep x 50mm tall (inc. height of switches). [SOLD] DI - XLR in, dual channel, passive, home-made - £4 I haven’t tested this to see if it actually works. I think it’s a DI box, but for XLR inputs?! Big transformers. XLR in. XLR out with parallel unbalanced jack out. Ground lift per channel. Phase switch per channel. 115mm wide x 88mm deep x 70mm tall (inc. height of switches).

Ignore £116 price, that’s from the original listing when there was more stuff! Happy to receive an offer for the lot. Also selling strings: search tag MoleSaleFeb22. All prices include UK postage (Royal Mail standard 2nd class). Payment by PayPal F&F. Schaller straplock spares £4, well used first edition. One flat washer + nut missing. One of the buttons is not a Schaller - it fits the straplock but the screw hole is slightly too small to accept the usual Schaller screw. No felt washers. Straps (generic/no name leather x2 - priced individually) Strap 1: £5 Leather 2½“ wide, lightly used. No longer adjustable - sewn to a fixed length of 133cm hole to hole. Fairly stiff leather, black on the rear. Strap 2: £4 Leather 2½“ wide, lightly used. No longer adjustable - sewn to a fixed length of 133cm hole to hole. Softer leather, tan on the rear. Bass hardware - £5 (won’t split) Three pots: 6mm shaft, made in Japan, unused and probably 20 years old - no reason to suspect they don’t work but equally no way to test them. I’ve scratched “LIN” on the back of the B250k, I guess the other two are log? One mono, one stereo jack barrel socket. 116cm of mini twin core + screen cable, 2½ mm diameter. Four 16mm pickup springs. One round nickel string tree. Two random well-chewed strap buttons. Screws. Washers.

All sold! * Clear out, following a move to digital / synth / MIDI. Lots of stuff: search for Tag MoleSaleMay21 * Price is firm, only trades as stated below. * Price includes UK ONLY postage (Royal Mail Tracked 48). * Payment by PayPal (buyer protection at your additional cost) or BACS.Trade ins of interest: * Sandberg gig bag * Lava Tightrope pedalboard patch cable (at least 1m, any colour) Electro-Harmonix EHX Deluxe Bass Big Muff Pi - £65 Good condition. A badly placed speaker stand fell on it, so volume knob top-left is bent slightly off true and the white inlay is worn. But all controls function correctly, as does the pedal. The crossover is a killer feature, some really nasty fuzzed up cocked wah things on tap: and of course, THAT muff sound in spades. The Blend control finishes it off. In addition to the usual in and out, direct out jack sends your clean sound, XLR DI sends effected sound. With manual and box. Battery or DC, 100mA. True bypass, analogue. 114 x 77 x 46mm. Web/manual link * Fully functional. Hook Velcro on the back. * Power supply and/or PP3 batteries NOT included. Standard 9v DC 2.1mm (Boss) centre negative power. * Dimensions in millimetres are depth x width (including sockets) x height (including knobs/switch and Velcro). [SOLD] MXR M288 Bass Octave Deluxe - £85 [SOLD] Electro-Harmonix EHX Mono Bass Synth - £65 [SOLD] MXR M82 Bass Envelope Filter - £90 [SOLD] EBS Octabass Black Label Triple Mode Octave Divider - £90 [SOLD] EBS Octabass (first edition, faulty) - £14

Truely, massively long cable ties are the pedal board builder’s friend. Nice PSU - wish that had been around a few years back, there’s so much cheap choice nowadays it’s nuts!!

Two Petersons in a row! Unusual. I have absolutely no need for one but they do look so cool!

Note @Quatschmacher’s point about setting input and output levels... worth reading the manual on how to use the led to “set” this. Worth knowing what your optimum setting is BEFORE loading 127 presets! Check your firmware’s up to date when you get it (it likely is). Plug it into your laptop and download the editor. Great way to browse and find sounds from the cloud. Investigate MIDI, Hub + Morningstar controller if you can (it’s not the cheapest option!). Using MIDI and a good controller you can make the thing do dances, juggling, you name it. Be warned: it’s a rabbit hole! 😎

Bought a couple of packs of Harley Benton patch cables... good comms, good price, good delivery. Thanks!

For sure, you’ve gone nuclear here. The loop control via MC8 must be sweet. And the hinged lid, hidden pedals thing has 🤯
-
And Morningstar for the win. I just control a C4 with my MC6. Proper Swiss Army knife.
-
Wow. I’m calling it: “board of the year”. That’s some next level work there, my hat is off.
-
Don’t know the Helix but my guess is it’s not a simple plug and play job, suspect you need an additional USB host box. Plus the connection into the C4 is a TRRS mini jack, not a 5 pin din type midi plug. This thread looks useful: https://www.talkbass.com/threads/c4-synth-and-line-6-helix-compatibility.1479600/?amp=1600157254
-
Don’t forget the C4 needs to plug into a USB host (like source audio neuro hub) unless the Helix provides that function. Not a problem but does mean you may need to budget more £££

I’m facing another rebuild following the realisation that a looper don’t work on the top row. Gotta have that heel anchored, and even then I’m crap! Got one of these: far better than it ought to be for £34! Lekato Looper

BB for the win! I sold a 425. Shouldn’t have in hindsight but the herd was too big at the time!

@lee650.... Niiiiiiiice. Great choices there. I’ve got the MXR Chorus too. It is so lush, and having a flanger is a great addition. Show us yer underside if that’s not too personal? In all seriousness, I think adding pics of the unpretty side really helps folks with ideas.... I know it has for me in the past!
