  1. No.... if you're using a Morningstar you MUST have another box that provides Host, the MC products don't. So that's a Neuro Hub, or a DMC Micro, and I guess there might be others?
  2. Have just had a quick scan of their new YouTube for the pro, and the user manual.... yeah, I *think* in terms of functionality all you gain is name display of presets (assuming you programme them on the DMC pedal, of course!). I dug into the features of the non-pro version when I was MIDI shopping. You'd need to compare both manuals / YouTube vids etc side by side I guess to be sure (assuming latest firmware on both boxes!). The cost difference is two things of course: the Micro has USB host built in, so you don't need a SA Neuro Hub, just a USB adaptor cable, and of course the Morningstar controllers are expensive! I think the DMC would let you scroll through presets on the C4, and engage/bypass them, and give you some limited CC control (like, you could switch distortion on/off; flick a value like filter frequency between two values etc) but how you actually do all of this on a box with defined switch functions and only two buttons might be challenging live, but I guess like anything you'd get used to it. Bottom line: it's well worth adding external MIDI control full stop, so a DMC would be a good choice I'd say... and *in theory* if you add a Morningstar later, you've already got USB Host support in the micro so maybe wouldn't need a Neuro Hub?! I'm not an expert on this though!
  3. Good man so. Just back from my first one since July last year I think. We were terrible and I loved every minute of it!!
  4. @BassedinBucks bought an EHX synth pedal from me. Great transaction, prompt payment. All good, thanks! Colin
  5. Last two pedals left and ready to ship to you style bump!
  6. Annual?!?! We’re all at it waaaay more than once a year! 😀
  7. Slight rework to reflect addition of looper (I'm hopeless with it) and replacing a previous second isolated PSU with a GigRig Isolator (thanks @mildmanofrock!) - now only one kettle lead needed innit. Tuner > C4 > Looper > Soul Food > Chorus > Delay > HPF > Comp (always on). MIDI is MC6 > Hub > C4. The Hub is just a dumb box for me - I store everything on the MC6. Awesome bit of kit, overkill for one pedal but synth/MIDI has been my lockdown project! I also use an expression pedal plugged into the MC6. The GigRig is ace - powers four pedals (the least important ones!) from one of the 500ma outlets on the Truetone. Mixture of Harley Benton and Lava Tightrope solderless patch leads - the HB plugs are really good for stacking side by side without taking up too much space.

  15. Very, very nice. Some great choices there. Guess that’s a rehoused FI to the left of the C4? And yeah Morningstar ftw. I only control a C4 with mine but it must be a godsend with many midi things on the board.

Phase switch per channel. 120mm wide x 100mm deep x 50mm tall (inc. height of switches). [SOLD] DI - XLR in, dual channel, passive, home-made - £4 I haven’t tested this to see if it actually works. 18. Ignore £116 price, that’s from the original listing when there was more stuff! Happy to receive an offer for the lot. Also selling strings: search tag MoleSaleFeb22. All prices include UK postage (Royal Mail standard 2nd class). Payment by PayPal F&F. Schaller straplock spares £4, well used first edition. One flat washer + nut missing. One of the buttons is not a Schaller - it fits the straplock but the screw hole is slightly too small to accept the usual Schaller screw. No felt washers. Fairly stiff leather, black on the rear. Strap 2: £4 Leather 2½“ wide, lightly used. No longer adjustable - sewn to a fixed length of 133cm hole to hole. Softer leather, tan on the rear. Bass hardware - £5 (won’t split) Three pots: 6mm shaft, made in Japan, unused and probably 20 years old - no reason to suspect they don’t work but equally no way to test them. I’ve scratched “LIN” on the back of the B250k, I guess the other two are log? One mono, one stereo jack barrel socket. 116cm of mini twin core + screen cable, 2½ mm diameter.
