1. I wish more bassists thought of the bass guitar as a guitar with less strings. We'd get better bass lines.
2.
When I used to work the social club scene as a singer I worked with dozens of comedians. Pretty much all of them were the most miserable and boring people I have ever come across off stage
Agreed. Comedians are another level of miserable and obnoxious altogether.
3.
The death of Rock and Roll may be attributed to a number of factors: * Over supply at both the local and global level * The tameness and predictability of the content and presentation at all levels when compared to other musical genres * The natural entropy of any popular artistic form * Ageing core audience with a diminishing number of 'new' entrants. * The wide availability of alternative forms of entertainment or distraction including - but not limited to - the internet, TV, games, all of which provide the secondary function of identity-building and group involvement as previously supplied by Rock. 'Rock' has lasted longer in the public eye than any other musical genre (save perhaps music hall / musical theatre 1840-1955). It is unsurprising that Rock is on its last legs; then again, so am I so its not a problem for me. .
Perfect analysis!
4.
Because that's the rules. Rock n' roll has no rules.
The trouble is it has too many rules. That's why it's dead.

9. This is bloody awful: http://youtu.be/cb-zUvQMO5I
10. Still available
11. Obnoxious old bastard and not as good a drummer as he thinks he is.
12. Some people know absolutely nothing about music even though they think they think they know everything. They are not fit to open their mouth and give an opinion. Like my mother, for instance. The acid test is do they buy James Last records? If the answer is yes, ignore them.
13. No one stocks the Grooveline bass either.
14. It's picking up heavy criticism: http://www.forbes.com/sites/ewanspence/2015/07/04/apple-music-icloud-music-broken/
15. One of the most fabulous rhythm sections of all. Good to hear it in HD.
16. I use the B3 for recording my guitar. It's pretty good but I have wondered whether it's worth buying the guitar version. Thanks for your impressions
17. My musical hero. I'm lost for words...
18. Can't believe it. The guy that got me started on music... https://twitter.com/asiageoff/status/615159221387182080 Devastated.
19. I'm not into the Karaoke/backing track style of presenting a show whatever kind of music. So boring to watch.
20.
That explains a lot. . . . . Sorry, I just could not resist. In real life, I do love Spoombung's stuff.
Exactly.
21. Anyone know what her songs are about? I don't enjoy her songs or like her voice but I'm curious. In her defence and on the subject of correct intonation, I do think it's the most overrated aspect of music.
