Ben sold me his nice price swiff audio mini tuner pedal, cheap post, super well packed, in original box, all very good, cheers

I bought a couple of basses from them in the past, 6 years ago, just like Thomann at the time, no issues at all. Don't forget that some of the problems reported recently are possibly linked to both the UK brexit effect in trade with europe and also the pandemic which has effected many companies, and the courier companies for example have taken the opportunity to change how they do customer service and accelerated the introduction of more mechanical handling and AI and other electronic transactions and done away with the humans who could deal with the 0.01% of things not going exactly to plan. Retailers have done the same too. Ring them up if you can and try and get a point of contact for your purchase, for a big ticket item you should be able to get decent service and backing from Sandberg in the US, maybe worth talking to the US distributor too if you can.

Is anyone going to have the balls to go up against Facebook and the legal muscle they can muster, look how little effect being called to account by US government had; they just carry on doing what they do safe in the knowledge that noone has the will to stop them or hold them to account, unless a government really wants to enact new laws specifically for these sorts of organisations

Repeat customer at the Lozz shop, thank you for the tidy PedaltrainNano with bag, nice price and quick delivery, all good as always.

Dan sold me a complete almost new P bass neck, quickly delivered, well packed, a great deal all round, many thanks

They ship by normal airpost which flys, well packaged between sheets of cardboard in a quality strong envelope, takes about a week to arrive I was lucky enough to get a stick about 6 weeks ago, though their stock range is also limited in size and colour options at present If anyone is desperate (i.e. in build) for 2.5mm green with 1mm black border hit me up

Is the neck one piece or separate fretboard on top of maple neck ? The 90s Japanese P I had was one piece and that was great.

Changing Impedence like Audere does in their onboard preamp

is this the same thing that Yamaha use on the new Revstar guitars as a boost ? -
Thank you for posting these up 😀👍

It's an amazingly effective yet complex pedal but I am surprised how little there is online about how to get the best out of it, especially after all this time; how to REALLY use it, Dood's review is the most comprehensive I've seen and there was someone who published the settings for each toneprint (though that link seems to have died) but there's very little else out there, especially on TC's own user forum. There must be some people who have really experimented with it other than the people who programmed the toneprints, many of which are pretty similar. I was expecting to find lots of sharing of people's own experiments and user help but most people just flick through the available toneprints it seems and choose the one that works for them; I also found the Captain East the easiest to work with. I've had a go with the editor but I don't understand it enough or have a good enough ear to get the best out of it; you really need your own engineer to fiddle while you play it seems

if you have side handles then you can just use a tea towel as a simple neck wrap and use it wipe the instrument or yourself as you exit stage left
-
I think the instruments are actually built by Mensinger and they probably put the strings on, they don't list strings for sale on their website however, but may be able to supply or tell you what they are
-
weird that, I don't know how many paying customers they have but I rarely get any adverts between songs now on the free version. so how does their business model actually work ? I buy both digital and vinyl from artists, most of what I listen to on spotify at work is stuff I have the vinyl of, a lot of it from the 70s and early 80s when I consumed a lot of music, read the weeklies and went to gigs.

2 is for the Fender Schallers late 60s to early 80s 3 is for Fender pre cbs Kluson style, which is what I think the Flea has a modern equivilent of 7 is for Mexican made fenders it is all to do with the screw placements, shaft size, length of paddles etc... if you want it to like original from the front you need to match the rest of the tuners the info is on their website hipshot bass extenders
-
you could just hang that on the wall as is this was meant to be after the picture of the wood 3 hours ago
-
the one pictured looks like it has only something like a 10mm adjustment range and most of them are pretty much at the limit with the strings that are on it

Linky Gary Karr with Steve Bailey A Double Bass/Electric Bass Discussion & Demonstration just received email notification; those of you on the facebook group will already be aware

Chris sold me his P Retro preamp as he finished thinning the heard and moving house, all good, and he threw in a PJ scratchplate and split the postage costs with me as he couldn't find the charger and adaptor; but don't worry Chris, John has the adaptor still in stock and can source/or point me to the right charging cable; he's got the pre in for a service and tidy up now. Top seller Chris, hopefully he will repeat the cycle in future and others will get the benefit of his good taste in gear Enjoy the music ps can't believe that no one in your family wouldn't want the acoustic guitar, seems too good to sell

Dave sold me a NIB set of Gotoh Lollipop tuners, saving me a few £ on getting them from Thomann, quickly shipped and well packed easy transaction, top man

The part numbers at the beginning, the two I was looking at are EP4185 and EP4385, in your case they are 250SS, if you have a CTS spec list they will be detailed in there, ctscorp.com, resistance, type, shaft type and length etc... Just have to hope that vendors keep their stock well sorted
-
WD music also say Audio taper, they are high tolerance spec pot WD Music I was googling CTS pots earlier as 2 I was sent are different part numbers, turns out one is no load variant, not as high quality as the ones you have, it actually measures 291kOhm before going no load
