http://www.eden-elec...featuretext.htm Hi Guys, As pointed out by the current kitchen viper - don't you just love it when they are right?? - as my one & only Gig this year was last Saturday night, at a venue scarily not unlike The Jockey from Shameless! & my next Gig is in October! - can I justify holding on to the the best amp I've used during the last 40 years - by a Country mile, for just home noodling? It's in fantastic condition with just a few tiny 'gigging' marks, works absolutely perfectly & lives in an aluminium type flightcase. This is loud & I mean 'LOUD' as the 400w into 4 ohms must be rated at the old wattage - before it must have changed - when I wasn't looking?? By far the best Semi - Parametric EQ I've ever used & the tone quality is 'to die or' - honest injun! I believe these are quite rare now - especially in this condition? I'm 5 minutes from J15 of the M6 - or I may be in Cumbria for a few days next week. Would prefer that the buyer collected - so that they could give it a good try out before parting with their 'hard earned' - but having said that - it's in great condition & sounds 'fab' £395 collected - or buyer to pay postage if necessary - may take a less expensive amp in p/x or trades WHY??
Hi, is the fretless neck 'lined' & could you send me some more detailed pics please to
The site would not let me send you a PM
cheers,
Tim
Have a bump for a truly great head with an array of incredible features at a great price - I paid £300 for a WTX -260 only last year and + 1 re the WT400
Great Guy, great amp - thanks Stuart, - he battled against the dreaded 'man flu' to post out!!
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you !!
Trade, sell, buy with confidence Guys - 'He da man' !!
Thanks again Stuart,
All the best,
Tim
Great, versatile,'I do it all' fat wire & missing mine still - type bump!!
ps - my standard p/up Hotrod sounded incredible - so Lordy knows how good this one sounds!!
What a thoroughly great Guy! Punctual, excellent communication & as honest as the preverbial day is long!!
I really can't recommend Mark highly enough Guys - trade, buy or sell with confidence - he won't let you down!
Thanks again Mark,
Tim
What a great Guy, - bought a cab from John which arrived in absolute bomb proof packaging & was at least as good, if not better than described.
Excellent communication & a pleasant, easy deal - can't recommend highly enough!!
Thanks again John
Ditto, the neck on this one is also 'cute & fast' - I've played lots of Precisions over the past 40 years - oops - showing my age & even one's with wider necks than this - almost all of them - were quite slim from front to back to compensate for the 'extra' width & the only long scale Fenders I've played with 'thinner' necks are Jazz's?? - which according to the Fender website are just 0.125" slimmer than the Precision & have the same 9.5" radius - which explains why I thought this had a Jazz neck when I first played it?? I did have a Squier P/J a couple of years ago which did have what seemed to be a much 'heftier' neck - 'if memory serves' of course??
Hi, sorry - I'm only looking to take a cheaper, preferably headless Jack bass in p/x - unless someone has a nice headless Status - 'with a Trussrod' - then I could be really tempted + I can't 'get on' with maple fingerboards - sorry.
But thanks for your interest
Thanks for the nice comments, however - can't agree on the neck being 'huge'? - the neck profile on this is very slim in depth & a dream to play? plus having played a Jazz for 10 years - 'solid', I don't find the neck on this too disimilar - in fact, until I checked I thought it was the usual combination of a Jazz neck on a Precision body for a PJ configuration!
Width at the nut is 1.625" - neck radius is 9.5" & is a 'modern C shape' - the same as an American Standard - apparently??
All the best,
Tim
ps - is your AER combo as good as I've been told they are??
