  1. Does anyone know of a whisper quiet fan to replace the one in my Eden WTX264 which is a tad too loud please?
  2. Bought a great amp from Andy - he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and therefore I would heartily recommend him to all BC'ers without - in the words of Mrs. Slocombe - fear of contraception πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. All the best & thanks again Andy πŸ‘
  3. A similar thing happened to me when I was young, I’d asked for an Action Man for Xmas, but when I opened it, it was just an empty box☹️ When I asked where the Action Man was, my Dad said it was β€˜The Deserter’ model πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Bum, Bum - BumpπŸ‘πŸ‘...

  7. Mine weighs in at 3.822kg, or 8.462lbs in old money - sorry I can’t be more precise πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸ‘...
  8. Superb instruments & allegedley rarer than a very rare thing, from the Planet Rare in this 'see through' finish πŸ‘πŸ‘....

  12. Hi Chaps, any opinions on wether or not these neck pockets indicate original finishes, or possible resprays? They are a 63, a '61 and a '65 - which shows the bare wood from where the paddle was fitted during spraying which I always thought usually indicated an original finish, but not sure if the same method was used on earlier Fenders? - thank youπŸ‘πŸ‘
  13. Si must be a Time Lord, it’s the only explanation πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ‘πŸ‘...
  14. I bought a Fretless from Neil and once again he was an absolute pleasure to deal with so needless to say (but I will), that once again I would whole heartedly recommend him to all BC'ers - without fear of conraception - as Mrs. Slowcombe would say πŸ˜‚. Thanks again Neil, very much appreciated πŸ‘πŸ‘ All the best, Tim
  15. Hi, do you have an accurate weight for the Yammy please, are the controls volume, volume, tone and what does the switch do 😳?

    Cheers,

    Tim

any contributions by other BCers who've owned one welcomed (particularly the switch enquiry).

      OK Mick,

I was hoping it was an extra lightweight jobbie, like the one I sold recently ☹️ - sub 8lbs. I think the switch has been added as none of the other BB’s I’ve owned over the years had a switch.

      All the best

      Tim
