4. transfer looks sticky to me! elaborate...the decal is a replacement not original hence the series of patent numbers under the fender logo. the bridge to me is not authentic 74 more like 90's mexican? thoughts...
5. You lucky man tayste! sorry but don't mean to make the sale harder for you but i have knowledge of this insturment and it is the most playable jazz bass i've ever encountered - the only one I would consider owning - its damn hot!! andy

7. What a journey! cool you got both though! Just noticed it has a fender precision decal, I recognise it as I bought one of the same myself recently. I would take it off and get the right Jazz one. I'm sure I've still got the email/website address of this particular manufacturer (decal) give me a shout if you want too. andy
8. Man that is serious porn! I would love that bass! andy

11. check out the Ashdown James Lomenzo hyper Drive....its cool!
12. if you're happy with your yamaha why change brand? I have tried all sorts of basses and still go back to Yamaha. TRB series and my favourite is the Yamaha Attitude - based on a fusion of Fender Telecaster and Precesion basses. More tone and aggression than you could ask for.... Try one: http://www.yamaha-europe.com/yamaha_europe...d_II/index.html they now come in 3 colours: Lava red, Black and Sea Foam green. andy
13. I've played this bass and it is stunning! andy
14. ^ it would be nice to have that kind of fire power in your armory though! top of his tree player w*** or not! andy
15. After reading this thread: I am arranging a trip to London (I've never been) intending to visit as many music shops as possible. I have been told wonderful stories from friends who have done the 'tour of duty' buy something?? hmm bass maybe, dont know - something will pop up! but after reading this thread...BC has lost any chance of me visiting and purchasing. The sheer arrogance of that reply/post from bassman give a transparent view of this shop and 200,000 customers?? Aye maybe since day one however, how many are happy? satisfied? would go back? recommend to another? Such a pity....
16. ^ very cool!
