IME it doesn't track any better than the OC-2. And notes below low A are a bit pointless anyway. My OC-2 is one of the few pedals I'm proper happy with and haven't even thought of selling, I use it mostly with the -1 oct soloed for synthy reggae/dub -type stuff, or blended with other less-bass-friendly pedals to give them some bottom.
Definitley, there's just no better octaver, I mainly use mine for synth stuff, set it to just -1oct and play the line one octave higher, with fuzz and a filter it sounds just heavenly Like the sig btw, very ironical. A bass made out of cheese or bacon would be nice too.
4. TIRO by Muse and No One Knows by QOTSA Both were the only mainstream stuff I was listening to before I played bass that made me say "Hey, that's a bass"
5.
Hi Bob, I'll stick it on my scales tomorrow and let you know. All I can say is that carrying it 100 metres makes my arms go numb...
Cheers, if it's really heavy, carrying it 10 metres will make my back spasm and temporarily paralyse my right arm
6. Current Bare essentials rig (and yes, 3 drive pedals are essential )
7. Damn temptation.........pm'd
8. Interested in couriering it to canterbury?
9. Any idea on the weight of this beast?
10. Would you be up for dropping it off the cab in canterbury? I make good coffee
11.
Still looking for a Phaser of course
[shameless plug] You know you want my soundblox phaser, it's pink and give you an excuse to flail your limbs wildly while playing [/shameless plug]
12. Shameless bumpage
13. Yea, The XP-100 is what you want, has the chancellortastic 5'th/octave up, aren't as common as the wh-4 but a lot more common and a lot cheaper than the bass whammy, an xp-100 can be had for about £80, bass whammies usually go for £400+ and they just aren't worth it, it's all the justin chancellor hype jacking up the price
14. Bumpage, yours for £80 posted
15.
Would you consider a trade or p/x for an EXH Bass Big Muff? Or a straight swap for a WD7?
Sorry man, need the money, straight sale only now
16. Dropped a lot of cash on a hemtoma, so this needs to be replaced by a wad of cash
17. How many pot holes has it got drilled?
18. Interested in selling just the head and the 410?
19. Just bought a HBE Psilocybe off him, Good comms and quick delivery, definitely recommend
20. Is the marshall up for sale? Any more info on it if it is?
21. I've been playing 6 years, and in that time I've been through 25 cables. I seem to destroy them at a rate of knots, I don't think I put them through undue abuse, but eventually all the jacks seem to go dodgy, the either get visibly bent or just inexplicably go dodgy. Basically, I'm tired of spending £60 a year on cables, is there a cable out there with very heavy duty jack plugs? I'd be willing to splash out a bit if it lasted for more than 2 years.
22. I never buy stuff from anyone else, I once ordered some strings and lemon oil, got an email about 20 minutes later saying the lemon oil was out of stock, really apologetic because it was listed as in stock on the site, they refunded me the full amount (incl. postage), sent me the strings, then 2 weeks later sent me the lemon oil, including a free t-shirt. Infact, I do need some new strings and a cable.....
23. I just treated myself to a HBE Psilocybe phaser, if it fits into your music i'd suggest a phaser, and a filter of some description is a bass essential imo
24. Had some interest but somethings come up that I want, so more bumpage
25. You won't be able to run the bottle rocket off a power supply, it needs it's own, so that only leaves you with 3 pedals, unless you plan on buying a lot more. For that kind of use, I don't think the diago's worth it, it's quite expensive and provides far more power than you'll need. I'd check the current requirements for the pedals you want to run and get a single adapter and use a daisy chain
