    yeah I'd say about right for no box or PSU.....I managed to get mine in pristine condition with box pus and manual for £250..... probably go for a bit more than that now

    Think your best bet is to pick songs you know and then transfer the melody to your bass.... I really can't see the point in Solo bass.....

    I thnik most spaces book in 4/5 hour slots..... With my funk/Disco outfit we book 11 am to 6 pm on a sunday as our set runs at over 3 1/2 hours..... so there's a lot of songs to get through......

    The guy I play with..... Craig Blundell.... he's rock solid.... though he does throw this lil trick in now and then to try and trip me up which is that he can play two different time signatures at once..... he'll be playing like a straight four then chuck a 6/8 over the top.... or he'll take the 4/4 up 15/20 bpm over the original tempo for a bar and then drop back into the groove..... git!

    Just to add that when I sold this to Colin it was basically brand new. I got it shipped in and it was still in it's original packing box from the states, never played, just out of the packaging to check the condition and a string change. So in effect Colin was the first real owner of the bass
