Thanks. They look like proper kit. In the spirit of info, here are some further user reviews and a sound test against a DPA.

Crazy madness. I have 1715 plug-ins. And I am a totally amateur bodger. How did I manage to collect so many? Lots of them are UAD ones that are sitting there after being downloaded with my Apollo interface, but need to be paid for to use. I wish I could disappear them. I would also like to know which plugin occasionally makes Logic unstable. You would expect the message to read "********* is making Logic unstable" so that I could go and deal with it. But that would be too obvious.
I had no idea these existed. I have often fancied the control that digital offers but in a 4 channel package. Well, here it is. I was worried that it did not have parametric eq. It does. They also make a cute mic stand adapter. So I shall buy one. BC, always finding me new ways to spend money.
Did a gig last night in Llanfair Caereinion. What a pleasant surprise to find a d&b Audiotechnik foh and martin wedges. I left my backline (QSC12) in the car. There was a moment to smile when the singer asked for less bass in the foldback to be told there was none.
But there was a REALLY weird squeal going on. We could not find an induction loop and the rig was not hooked up to anything installed. Eventually I found the loop amp which was live with an open mic somewhere on the stage. It was clearly set up for general use. Everything got a lot easier when that went off.
I shimmed to raise the headstock. It is now OK. But I must admit it feels like a cheat. My preference is that it works as it "should". I know a shim is entirely acceptable. Thanks all for humouring me, as usual.
