1. Fdeck preamp. It does wonderful things to piezos and has a variable hi pass filter. I can now happily plug into any amp and not worry. I have spent so much time EQing when it turns out that all I needed was a decent front end. He does not export to the UK but some of the guys on TB will happily act as middle men. http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f15/fdecks-hpf-865291/
2. Columbus Jazz bass. My first bass. Plywood and horrible. No, really. Of course there might have been different ones, but mine was just horrible. I can remember the smell of sanding the neck down even now. I stripped the body in a fit of misplaced lutherieal excitement. It was horrible plywood. Frankly we live in a golden age of lutherie now. It is actually difficult to buy a nasty new bass now (setups withstanding obv). I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would buy a 70's plywood bass. Opinionated? Moi?
3. Obviously I am not expecting a cool £1K for this lot, but there was no way of making smaller prices in the title, and it did get your attention Fender Jazz bass felt mutes - £15 posted Ernie Ball VP Jr Vol pedal £60 Posted Korg KVP 002 Stereo Vol pedal £40 posted Behringer AB100 switching pedal - £18 posted 4 x would like to be Schaller (so copies) elephant ear tuners but without ickle screws £14 + WPWB 6 x assorted smaller machine heads. 4. £55 will be fine. Thanks
5. I am in Bangor, North Wales. The Gator is still available and could be at your front door very soon
6. A pic and some more info. http://www.soundstore.co.nz/p-2319-db-technologies-opera-sub-12-12-400w-active-subwoofer.aspx
7. In very good condition. Had about 2months of playing time on them. Very pleasant under the fingers and a much bigger and darker sound than the helicores. £50 plus postage
8. It weighs 7Lbs 14 oz. I am guessing the wood is mahogany, but that is a guess. The strings look manky, but actually they are coated black and the black has worn off the business area.
9. I chanced upon Cats Whiskers pick-ups yesterday. They seemed to be nice but anyone can say anything on the internet! If Chris has given them the thumbs up I will put an order in.
10. Are Fender reissue P bass chrome knobs, flat top £10 delivered the same ones as used on a Telecaster (guitar)? If so I will take them as well. PM me you PP details and we can get it on!
11. And there you have it. The most underated cab in the world. £200? Ridiculous.
12. Hi Martyn, I am North Wales. I can record some stuff if you want but this bloke is probably better than I am http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cy0UK3ocWpk. Obv mine does not have the whammy bar. What specs would you like? I am not looking for a trade I'm afraid. I have already bought a body and am on the lookout for a neck and other bits which I will put together with my awesome lutherie skills. One of that last set of statements is not true, but the body has been ordered. Lutherie, how hard can it be?
13. In real life, very slightly darker than the first picture. 14. Set neck LP'esque guitar. Seymour Duncan humbucker at the bridge and sustainer pickup at the neck. I will dig some videos out of youtube later. Light and lush it is but I need a Telecaster.

That looks like my kind of festival.
You see the original slab in the background.
16. My daughter had a Flea bass junior when she was 10. She loves it. The Thoman price is good and the gig bag is a useful one. Black is cheapest.
17. So - that P restoration thread?
Yes I'm really pleased with it, watch out for a thread about the restoration of the Precision soon. Good call!
18. 19Kg, active sub with built in crossover. It will not fill a stadium on it's own but is great for filling out the LF on quieter gigs, and let's face it - LF ALWAYS needs just a bit more [s]£190 delivered[/s] £155
