    To bump this, how have you got on Wilco? I'm looking for a case for my Rickenbacker but want to keep it all as light as possible, the Armadillo has all I need, but I do tend to walk around with my bass on my back for long distances, so any insight would be great

    Sold as not working or for parts, it actually works but one side is much louder than the other, I was told that this evens out the bass and treble sides. I'm not convinced, it's either faulty or I just don't like the sound of it, either way both my double basses are currently fitted with Realist Copperheads so I don't need it. But please note, no returns, sold as described, you can plug it in tap it and the sound comes through, I only ever lightly stuck it to my double bass and got sound through, never went professionally fitted (maybe it would have helped) but just never dug/was concerned about above issues/one side being louder than the other.     Soooooooooo been about 4 years since I bought a new bass. Wasn't out shopping (way it always goes), came across this little beauty in a friends guitar shop. The bass is a 2008 American Fender Precision 60s AVRI and frankly it's just incredible, sounds amazing. Turns out the bass was given away by the band Paramore during the promotion of the Riot album, the girl who won it didn't play so it's sat on a stand in her bedroom ever since. They definitely did more to it after this video, but it's structurally sound and sounds amazing. Now it was definitely a touring bass as I know Jeremy Davis uses some pretty low and odd tunings and this came strung with some very heavy strings, closest I could get to something that worked when trialing it was BEAD, so it wasn't just a freebie from Fender they immediately gave away. Anyway there it is, currently wearing some D'addario Half Rounds (as who has the time to wait for your rounds to go dead anymore), waiting for me to get the right session gig to use it Will it stay, who knows, but so far I'm pretty happy with it and I'm rocking a lot of Chuck Rainey lines on it currently

    I've got a KK Baby Bass KB-1 I've been thinking of getting rid of if you're interested, I got it as an easy to move Double Bass alternative for practices but have decided just to suck up the hassle of moving the real thing
