    Same here - the joy of getting into EUB was to get " that sound " despite the fact that it doesnt quite emulate a URB, its close enough to be way different to a regular leccy bass, or what's the point ? May as well just play on a regualr bass if it dont sound much different.

    I wonder if that guy playing has set amp EQ to high gain or is using some kind of mild overdrive - its just too fizzy. If so, maybe it could sound much better trying to EQ for an upright-ish sound, or as close as one can get with a EUB

    Sure thing Haz, but i'd better mention that the free postage is for the UK. Having said that, if you decide you want them, i'll find out the cost of postage to the Netherlands and then reduce that by the cost of UK postage. For example, if the cost to NL was £20, i can reduce that by say, £3, the cost of posting in the UK. PS i just grabbed £20 out of the air. I would expect it to cost you less than that.

    They are 4 wire pickups. I have them in series, so presumably if you fancied using them in parallel, you could do so
