    There are actually two concerts, it would seem. The one on the dvd is started in daylight, this is wholly at night. yes a jazz neck with dots. It’s also used a lot in the “live from Sydney” dvd

    I am with you on the caffeine though. A medical professor told me to drink as much of it as I want. I have a chronically low pulse of around 45. She said “do you drink alcohol?” I said “little and rarely” “pity” she said
