  1. Picked up a pair of Tributes in the last week. Jezzaboy sold me his LB-100 and and I bought the sunburst JB from Guitar Guitar. The third bass is my sonic blue Tribute JB-2.
  2. Mooer Ana echo. I believe it’s a Boss DM-2 Analogue delay clone. Second one of these I’ve owned - reason for sale is my Zoom MS60B pedal. Some marks on the side of the unit. No box unfortunately but will be well packed for shipping. £25 + £3 postage PPG
  3. Ammoon Nano Looper. Boxed with instructions, 10 mins recording time, usual stop start and overdub functions £20 + £3.70 postage Royal Mail signed for
  4. Cheaper than a night at the pub like in the good old days
  5. Bought a few months back, tested once and put back in box. All three pedals come with their own cloth carry pouches, instructions and boxes. All as new condition. £35 for all three including postage PPG not looking to split due to value of each item
  6. Bought a few months ago, used once and put back in the box. As new condition boxed with instruction manual, connecting cable and batteries £25 + £3 postage PPG official blurb on the unit: No amp, no cabinet, no pedals… just a guitar or bass, some headphones, and Yamaha SessionCake SC-01 are all you need for intensive individual practice or a full-blown rehearsal or jam session. Connect up to 8 SessionCakes together to create a fully featured mixing system where everyone can create the mix that works for them. Portable, lightweight, battery powered, and equipped with a Hi-Z input, the SC-01 also features an AUX-in port that allows you to use an iOS device as an effector, or play along with your music library.
  7. Alessandro bought my G&L Tribute JB-2 off me a few weeks back. Paid promptly and arranged pick up, letting me know when it had arrived. Thanks Alessandro for an easy deal. Cheers!
  8. Forgot to post up that David bought my USA Ovation Elite bass a couple of months back. Seamless transaction with no issues. I knew it would be like this as I have bought and traded with him a couple of times before. David is a gent and a credit to this forum
  9. Just bought Gerry’s G&L Tribute LB-100 Bass. We had a socially distanced chat about all things bass while doing the handover. Have bought, sold and traded with Gerry a few times before so knew the bass would be exactly as described and the banter would be good. The guy is an absolute gent and a credit to this forum. The bass is superb btw. Thanks again!
  10. Never owned a Cort before, but since the start of this year I now have a couple of their Jazz basses - a GB99F and a GB75JH. Both are great lookers/players, are set up brilliantly well to my liking, and can hold their own against other more expensive instruments I own. The sunburst GB99 now has a Roland GK3B pickup for synth/modelling duties and gets played a lordly amount. The five not so much but that’s got more to do with the number of strings and not the guitar itself.
  11. Another vote for the G&L L-1500. The one I had was lairy!! I have owned a few Stingrays and briefly owned a Wal Pro IIe and a Thumb 4 neck thru a long time ago. I don’t remember much about the Wal and tbh, I couldn’t really pick between the Ray and the Thumb as they sound very different. But I do recall that my Thumb was more aggressive sounding than the Streamer Stage 1 that preceded it and I’ve always found USA Sterlings more aggressive sounding than Stingrays (Ceramic magnets vs Alnico?)
  12. I have the BTC circuit paired with the EMG40DC pickups in my recently acquired G&L L5500. I love the clear and focused sound but the combination of pups and preamp is very unlike any other G&L I ever owned or played and reminds me a lot of the Spector Euro basses I owned a decade ago.
  13. Love my mint green Ray34CA 😍 I’m not sure whether it’s anything in particular but in my humble opinion these ones feel just a bit more special than the regular Ray34/35 (as good as those are) GLWTS!
  14. Bought a Boss VF-1 half rack multi FX from Peter at a great price. Great bit of kit and in excellent condition too. Peter was very helpful throughout and a pleasure to deal with. I have done a trade deal with Peter previously and this one went exactly the same ie without a hitch.Peter is a stand up guy and a credit to Basschat. thanks once again! Keir
  15. Sorry for the late reply the JB-2 is 8.5 lbs
  16. The Dragon eye burst looks even better seen in person
  17. I was the first owner of this bass. Lovely thing it is too. GLWTS!
  18. Beautiful! a mate of mine had a Blade R4H Strat in this same colour many many moons ago. Looked class (sounded it too)
  19. Haven’t read anything but would think that sales of the Fullerton made JB-2 started to fall away when the offset JB bass started shipping. Same Alnico pickups(?)VVT controls, default neck carve and nut width etc in a more traditional guise. The active version of the JB-2, the MJ-4 with the M series preamp was discontinued some time ago too.
  20. Thanks. The Tributes are great and not just for the money either. This one is actually is available again as the sale fell through and though I have ummm’d & ahhhh’d about it, I would be better off either selling it or trading it for another Tribute model I don’t have eg SB-2, Kiloton,LB-100 or L-2000.
