1. Anyone got any recommendations of the best place to get leads to connect power supplies to pedals, varying lengths would probably be useful also.
2. I get really frustrated at people who put stupidly long auctions on. Potential for bit of a bargain for someone, does look like someones chewed on the neck though. These are 35" scale if i remember rightly. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ibanez-BTB-205-5-String-Active-Bass-Guitar-with-New-Strings-99p-Start-Price-/191117546618?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item2c7f7e547a
3.

Just curious about why only neck pickup on the 6?
4. That is a lot of instrument for the price, cant believe it's still here.
5. I play 12-54 d'addario on electric and 13-56 martin on acoustic, standard tuning's on both as first i could only play for about 15 minutes at a time with the 13s but my fingers eventually got used to it. I know that Rick Parfitt uses 14-56 with a wound G but he does absolutely hammer the strings.
6. Had a scan through and couldn't see it mentioned so here goes Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein uses Ampeg think they are SVT Classics. All dependent on your opinion of misfits sound i suppose but people do do it.
7. Any idea of a decent foot controller for this?
8. It is a thing of such beauty, trying to work out what i would have to sell to be able to buy something to be able to trade......how much does a black market kidney go for these days?
9. Isn't zebrawood usually a lot paler than that? i.e. pale main colour with dark stripes?
10.
Is it good for Metal?
Does it djent?
11. Boss OC-3 recently acquired second hand for experimenting but also acquired a 2004 Warwick corvette bubinga 5 and this needs to go to meet the shortfall. In great condition. Includes Box and all boss bumph. £55 shipped. Collection from Salford Quays/Manchester City Center £50
12. I also got the fender Haynes manual and it's got far more info/handy tips than I thought it would.
13. No idea what knobes are billy but apparently they are "stacked" so they must have been going to the gym.

15. I suppose it depends on what tone he's looking for really but just been helping a friend update an 80's MIJ strat. and in the end he plucked for. Neck: https://bareknucklepickups.co.uk/main/pickups.php?cat=strats&sub=contemporary&pickup=trilogy_suite Middle:http://www.dimarzio.com/pickups/strat/standard-strat/sds-1 Bridge:http://www.dimarzio.com/pickups/strat/hum-canceling-strat/super-distortion-s Think he's wired it for splitting the Super-S aswell. He played a gig with it last week and through a JCM800 it sounded sweet. Not sure if he had to do some clever wiring the get them to balance levelwise or not but it rings nearly as well as his old '78 Les Paul Standard.
16. I look at all the great guitarists and bass players and can't help notice that the majority of them have huge hands and immensely long fingers. As someone who is afflicted with small handitous and even worse short little fingerosis. I can't help but try and tell myself that maybe that's a reason I'm not a better player, nothing to do with my lack of rehearsing or laziness. Anyone else suffer from this or is it just me?
17.
I'm guessing here, but I reckon he wanted a white bass. (I painted my fretless Corvette Standard white, it was that disgusting honey violin stain, you could see the wood grain on the body ffs! Hideous) MEC pups are excellent, SDs are too. You got it for about the right price. Great basses, congratulations.
I can see that point of maybe painting body a solid colour if its not got a special top on it, but the FNA Jazzmans had flame maple tops on them seems a bit of a waste to me.
18. Im not wholly convinced by this. http://www.premierguitar.com/articles/20068-bass-bench-the-future-of-bass
19. I saw the Jeff Beck one and was also surprised, like Phil, at the amount Jeff openly talked seeing as he is know for being a bit private. Have the strangest feeling from other interviews that his '54 "all orginal tele" was supposed to be for Keef but he bought it from his road manager before Keef could get his hands on it.
20. Am i the only one who is slightly alarmed when he say's he has a '51 P bass "somewhere over the back" in the op video?!
21. With all the news recently of cons regarding pictures of Xbox One's and PS4's nice to see something in the same vein but other way round. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Warwick-Rockbag-acoustic-bass-gigbag-and-Ill-chuck-in-the-bass-too-/331079336301?pt=UK_Guitar_Accessories&hash=item4d15ddc16d
