1. Great value bass here, had mine for years and still very happy with it. Love the Mint Green. GLWTS
2. Obviously buy what suits your needs and tastes but if I had that money to spend on a bass, I'd buy a MusicMan StingRay Special HH in Natural Finish with a Roasted Neck of course.
3. Got to love the Norfolk Show (making an assumption there)

5. Is this still available?
6. Appreciate that. It did take me a few comparisons of current and previous to realise that.
7. This is what I think I may do, the B3 seems to be best value. I want to practice with headphones without an amp but also the potential to record in the future.
8. Thanks Danny. So all I need to do is; Sterling by Musicman SUB Ray + Zoom B3(N?) + Sennheiser HD555 = Silent practice?
9. Firstly, apologies for the bump. I am reading good things about the B3, but I wanted to clarify can I use this pedal individually? I just want to play through my headphones for practice and consider recording at some point, as I have sold my amp and cab. I guess this question applies to both the B3 and B3N. Thanks in advance
10. If you have some cash lying around you could try Ernie Balls Cobalt Flatwounds, have more of a round sound but with the feel of flats. Expensive though.
11. You must have had some interest? Awesome sounding bass. Wish I had some money. GLWTS
12.
I've looked at the MarkBass heads but none of them have an aux in so they are out of the running.
The Big Bang does have headphones and aux in http://www.markbass.it/product_detail.php?id=207
13. I'm going to go down the route of a Boss pedal board (with headphone jack and aux ports) for practicing at home and just dial off all the effects.
14. Had literally just messaged the Doc. After seeing some of these comments I may withdraw my request if I do get a response. I'll pursue the company mentioned before.
15.
If it's not too bleak outside tomorrow I will get the Sledge out and take a few photo's. Once the latest acquisition arrives I was planning to do a hardcore centrefold spread featuring all of them
Mmm, that will be quite a centrefold... I am looking forward to it already 😉
16. "Available to Order" got me before. Was having a bad day so ripped into someone there, suggesting they changed their terminology but it clearly has fell on deaf ears.
17.

Damn! What a tease...
18. Love the idea of Goldfinger. If you're after any other punk covers, you have to do Me First and the Gimme Gimmes.
19.
Oh my, I am so excited. I have been drinking from an old cracked mug since her demise and Yorkshire Tea, my favourite brew just wasn't tasting the same. My D'addario mug brought all the subtle flavours of that brew back into my life. Thanks again. James
Congratulations James, your previous posts grant you a worthy winner of the competition 😂.
20. GAS is a terrible thing 😅 Guys quick question referring to power output as I couldn't find a decent calculator on my phone. I've got the 8 ohms Traveler, max power 400w and the max output from the Little Mark is 300w on 8 ohms, am I right in saying that my output will be 300w on 8 ohms?

22.
That's a great rig. Owned the same myself a few years ago and it did everything I needed. Enjoy it. Frank.
Thanks Frank, glad to hear that it served you well.
Indeed, very nice, neat setup. Good luck with the wedding too.
Thank you 😁 it has been an gone a few years back, kept for sentimental value.
I'm not going to let that go by without a snigger! I've not used the Traveler 102p, but that should be a great little rig, enjoy!
I aim to please with my Basschat related innuendos 😉
23. Hey guys, Just had to share my first real NAD feeling. I've just borrowed gear in the past so it was finally time for my own gear. Only part of a small time band currently so very early stage of things and I currently don't have a vehicle so needed a light cab to be walked around for a few miles. Little Mark III and Traveler 102P. Currently very happy, just need to put it to the test at practice next week.
24.
So you have them on your MM SUB? How the slap sound and tone when you dig in? Cheers for the heads up, think they've sold though. I'd be after the 45-100 but would probably prefer new.
I do indeed. I rarely have to slap for my current set list 😂 but when noodling at home it has the potential for good slap tones. When digging in with a pick and fingers though they have great flexibility and tone. I went for the 50-105 as that sounds best for the mixture of rock/blues that we do.
