Hello All, My band want to play 'These Boots Are Made For Walkin' so I've just started learning it and I'm by the end of that rundown I'm on the floor asleep! Which occurred to me, what are the worst bass lines you've ever had to endure in your band?
Try the Megadeth version that should pep things up a touch

Hi all I have my Heavily Modified Harley Benton 50's Style P bass the bass is about 2 weeks old it has had some serious modification done these include a new Seymour Duncan SCPB-2 pickup that sounds absolutely amazing all the hardware has been changed to new Wilkinson tuners and bridge the bass also benefits from a Kiogan wiring loom and a proper copper tape shielding job in the control cavity and is now fitted with some rather funky skull and crossbones speed knobs but the original ones will be included in the sale the bass also has a new set of chrome Schaller type straplocks fitted but will come with the original strap pins as well, New strings have just been put on the bass they are Daddario EXP coated strings and sound and feel fantastic . It is nicely set up and has a low action IMO but obviously if you buy you will set it to how you like it best as everyones idea of low action differs Oh and the nut width is 42mm There are not any marks whatsoever on this bass but in the interest of being totally honest when fitting the new tuners one of the tiny little screws that secure the tuners on sheared off so I drilled it and filled it but this cannot been seen as the new Wilkinson tuners have bigger bass plates and cover it up it cannot be seen and if I did not mention it you would never know but I like being straight up and honest. the basses cost about 90 quid as standard from Thomann but to get the bass to this high standard I have spent at least £200 maybe a touch more if I add everything up so I think £150 is more than fair for this delivery will be £15 by courier Any questions please ask Pictures below if you need any more just ask and I can also include a new Kulture Vulture leather strap with skull and crossbones on for a tenner it was bought to go with this bass and the strap holes have been properly punched out so the strap locks could be fitted properly An Awesome bass for not much money IF THERE IS ENOUGH INTEREST I WILL BREAK IT FOR PARTS WHICH IS A SHAME BUT WOULD LIKE THIS GONE NOW
Yes, and I bet none of 'em even know what a Rotring Pen is let alone know how to use one... In my day, blah blah and so on and so forth, etc. *Mumbles on and on*
I think a Rotring is one of those German sausages or Rotring can be how your bum feels the day after a Ruby innit lol the youth of today

I would of thought it would cost 10 or fifteen quid to get it fixed may be worth getting it repaired as it is not worth much money as a non runner so to speak
-
Have the above string going free to any one who wants it brand new and unused just pay for P+P (2.50) and I will stick it in a bag and post it off to you 130 gauge

Sold Russ my lads guitar Russ thought there was a problem with it but it turns out he had a dodgy lead which he let me know about which was very good as it proves he is honest and really it was quite funny we had a nice chat on the phone and everybody is happy and I would deal with Russ again
