    I believe they last for months if not years, based on what I have read. They are even lower tension than the flats at about 122 pounds per set vs 135 pounds, from memory. I have a set but my only issue is they need space to vibrate, being looser, and so the action has to be cranked up a bit (and the truss rod loosened). SO there is a bit of a trade-off between ultra low tension and higher action in my view

    Would consider trade/px against vgc Handbox R400 (in black/grey livery) or Handbox WB 100 all-valve amp (the only, large-gig-capable tube amp that my dodgy back could carry and doesn't have big overhangs for my cab!) Cash adjustment depending on relative values. Would also need couriering to me in London if local meet up (SW13) not possible.

    That I do not know (durability of paint) but I do know I had a MidWestern previously in TV yellow that was a couple of years old (I bought it used) and there were no scratches or worn paint patches (couple of minor playing dings but that doesn't count)
