1.
Noel Redding was a guitarist who got lucky and joined Jimi Hendrix's band. His bass playing is duff. edit : and Mitch Mitchell was crap too. Supposedly Hendrix used to creep into the studio at 3 in the morning with other better musicians and record tracks - 'rainy day, dream away' being one of them where the bass is actually played on hammond organ by mike Finnigan and the drummer is Buddy Miles.
lol
2.
MB1. Switched the tv on and was confronted by Beverley Knight doing some of that "cant quite hit the right note but i know its here somewhere?"Mariah Carey styley vocal .Upon realising it was supposed to be a Beatles number i switched over sharpish. I prefer my Beatles by the Beatles.
yes agreed. beatles was never supposed to be soul'ful i was hoping to hear rock and roll, it was NOT rock and roll. hence my disappointment. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HtpO6bkbKiE

4. nice attempt but doesnt do justice to the originals.
5. Try getting one made at www.pedalprojects.com Nice guy there called asgeir from Finland who will do it on the cheap. I know the slow gear is not cheap. However you can mod a boss NF1 to be a slow gear! I'm selling a nf1 at the mo.. Cheers
6.
+1 If you feed the output from each OC2 into the next, can you create a subterranean rumble which offends Japanese scientists?
Will it track? That is the question. Technically, you would create a negative hz tone LOL
7. Story time aside, regarding the seller of that guitar = what a c**t lol Fortunately it's not happen to me but there is always a first ...!
8. The Beatles were and are still fantastic.
9. Same. Seen them before but curious to hear them!
10. I saw a mooer micro octave on eBay the other day...bid was at 50 squids...??
11. Sorry to hijack this very insightful exchange of posts but to the OP, did you get anywhere with the guy? What was the outcome? Did the mods get involved? Should we get our pitchforks on standby? Hammers? Will kneecaps be shattered like those with broken dreams?
12. I bought one this week and agreed, it DOES sound good on bass I only intended for it to be part of my guitar setup as I was trading my DS1 in but I figured I might as well pass my bass through it as well and see what it sounds like. Insane amounts of gain, fatter wetter amounts of drive and presence compared to some actual dist /od pedals Sounds cool However you might want to put this one on a separate loop as there is no blend as OP rightly stated. Cool!
