1.
And the main reason for the rehouse - to remove the stupid lip that makes sticking the pedal down an utter nightmare! Dimensions of the pedal (excluding the lip of of the top)... 123mm x 65mm x 33mm. I can loose the battery compartment, as long as the battery snap is left stowed inside the unit so it can be put back in the original case in the future. That would reduce the length from 123mm by 20mm or so.
why not just shim it? how many mm is the 'lip'? no need to re-house the whole thing??
2. polytune bargain- very good tuner
3. if i get the gas itch, i plug in and rock out
4. I would try single effects because you can mix them up and get the exact sound you want... Multi fx usually will have a great x effect but will be let down by crap y and z effects ! Depends what your price range is and how much effort you are prepared to invest into it!
5. Bought a mooer blade micro pedal from dan - top bloke really easy to deal with no problem Doodilicious!! Thank you dan all the best dood!
6. Wow bargain alert !! Had the bass driver before, get some good raging sounds from it!!
7. Feel the rage!!! Bargain
8. Yeah the pitch box sounds a bit mucky on pitch shift mode. The detune mode is really good though. I'm running through a 3/4 precision cheap copy but it plays lovely! 60w combo through headphones( I live in a flat with children either side of me) Would be interesting to try it out on a massive high powered rig. I think I would probably blow the doors off LOL I'm waiting for a chorus to stick on the end of the OD then my life is complete I think! Noo more marketplace !!! My wallet bleeds. Constantly.
9. Noooo octave down! I only use the octave for the low end... Turn that off and the bass sounds thin and whispy lol I do turn the octave off when I have to do intro or strumming as it gets confused and sounds all manky..
10. Yeah! The pitch box I might stick between the OD and noise gate if I want a slight detuned sound I think I might keep the pitch box for my guitar setup though.. Makes a nice chorus sound!
11. The octave splits off into two signals.. The clean signal goes into the overdrive The mixer puts them back together into one signal ! It's a cheap LS2 basically... With built in reverb/delay which I never use...
12. New setup [Img]http://i.imgur.com/0WCPvs2.jpg" class="ipsImage" /> [Img]http://i.imgur.com/GiMqasS.jpg" class="ipsImage" /> [Img]http://i.imgur.com/s0UyEUz.jpg" class="ipsImage" /> Yeah.
