4.
Looks good... Do you think the Samson one I posted would not be as good? (it costs half)
It could be, I just prefer the size of the radial
5. The radial stage bug is very small and sounds decent I use it as a board di for my meatbox
6. I used to put a behringer eack eq in the loop of my 1000! To just add a little mid and cut some lows never got that thing above 2 however insanely loud!
7. Hi so moving in a few bits as I need to free up some Fuzzrocious grey stache with kill switch mod (no box) Sold Mxr sub machine (no box) Sold Dod bifet boost (no box) £45 posted Redwitch Zeus octave fuzz (no box) sold Digitech ricochet (no box) Sold
8.
How are you finding the Photon II, got a video in the works?
bloody great! im stacking it in parallel with the cicada fuzz atm sounds brutal. video in the works! so will be up asap! Andy
9. got my back up amp in this pic aswell but the layout is set for a bit! got a ashdown nm2 thats great which will come back aswell as my fuzzrocious stuff
10. I’m in Plymouth so a fair way but your welcome to come and try mine?
11.
You should try the OmniCabSim, Andy! Not many about over here though. Not seen the Captor before though, looks great on paper as long as the speaker sim isn't overly dark like the one in the Le Bass? There are a couple of different vibrating platforms on the market to give you a big rig feel when using IEMs, including one for sale in this forum somewhere. I'd feel like a bit of a knob standing on a neon-lit platform at a gig though!
i do really wanna try that but never had the funds to grab one. i got the two notes for home demos but im sure the cab sim isnt for everyone but it works for me def not to dark or limiting, obviously its pretty limited for us bassists as you need a small wattage amp to use it. Andy
12. Just started to use my Two Notes Captor as my live Di, feed straight of amp and the inbuilt bass sim is very good, obviously tho will only work if you amp is 100w or less. this might sound bad but ive not really found a di i like when sending pedals like drive and fuzz straight into one, and its not something im able to eq out on a desk, if you use alot of effects i would lean towards some form off cab sim di.
13. i think the board is a "schmit array" apologies for the awful spelling! if the switching inside the ms-3 is anything like the es8 then its well worth the punt if your sure the inbuilt effects will work for you! i was thinking of grabbing one possibly but it doesnt have midi in, and i wanted it to be controlled by my main board not the other way.
14. on my t70 with the up down theres no octave up, however you might be hearing the filter control acting on you signal?
15. Traded amps and was a breeze and very helpful and in contact throughout Deal with confidence Andy
16. Tried mine at practice last night! Super cool pedal!!! Fuzz is very cool and aggressive, the octave is cool with all the options as the oscillator part is crazy and can get massive!
17.
My new board will have on either end of the path doing different jobs mind, but should be a cool experiment!
Cool, I have the blend on my Cali 76bc cranked so it's doing a kinda parallel comp thing
18. im starting to feel like im one of the only guys who has his compressor last?
19.
This pedal has just had a major software update land!
indeed im waiting tillafter practice tomoz and then gonna do the update
20.
keen to know how it works out.
This things mental! I've managed to get a weird fuzz tone out of it!! Aswell as a passable rainbow machine sound
21. this thing stacked with the Darkglass A/O is wicked! im redoing my board this week and im gonna try and sneak it underneath as its so small!
22. I'd def get a trem with a volume control, the boss tr2 is great and cheap but can give the impression there's a slight volume loss without the volume. I've got a few trems that I go between, the lateral sound tremfix and fuzzrocious tremorslo Sadly the tremorslo is discontinued but the trem fix has a lot of shapes and is a very small footprint so worth a look
23. got sent this to do a demo for Ashdown, have to say its full on but def has a sound! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ouKJJ6R7Rfw&feature=youtu.be
