modes are handy.

They are not as raw and funky as they used to be i think blood sugar was there peak but i did like one hot minute,they are probably just a bit tired.

I prefer active,i feel like i have more control over things,i need to be heard in fact my jazz bass needs a john east onboard as soon as i get the money.

Keith richards uses loads of different tunings sometimes he plays without an E string.

after actually hearing one from the spandau thread i realised why i liked alot of 80 bass lines,it seems to be an almost analog synth sound from these things.

Shes a fantastic bass player one of best,i think she gets bashed to much because of the jamerson thing.

I cant believe how high the guy with the combover can get his voice,pretty impressive they are on the whistle test dvds.I think jan akkerman endorsed trace elliott for a while.

I dont think they really care as britain is a blot on the landscape compared to the american and japanese markets,besides kids seem to get a lot more spent on them over in the states so flea will probably make a lot of money.

You could do a simple one but i would learn a bit about electronics and constucting simple circuit boards first otherwise you are going to wind up wasting a lot of money on something that wont be very good or even work.There is loads of simple stuff on the web,try building a fuzz box or something first.
