The only time i've ever picked up a LH bass it's made me realise how it felt to first pick up a RH one! It will more than likely feel utterly weird, as most of bass playing technique is deeply routed in your [url="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle_memory"]muscle memory[/url] so you would have to build that up from scratch.

I say you should stick to getting lessons, preferably from a GOOD teacher. A good teacher will give you inspiration, ambition and interest, not just get you to repeat scales over and over. Helpfully, there are a few tutors on here, might be worth going to the tutors sub forum and looking for ones near you? Especially looking out for recommendations.

The which bass decision was a good one! The colours of the one you're using fit the theme of the video well. your blue one would have stood out a bit too much!

Is it me or are those bass strings ridiculously thin? See around 3:16.... I think it's cool bass playing, and cool drumming. The song is good but the performance is a bit boring to watch!

Ok ok, so the sound quality is poor, and a few of my backing vocals were off, and i looked at my left hand WAY too much... But i feel like a real rockstar now! This is the first properly good outdoor gig I've done, and it's the best gig the band has every had. So.... thoughts?
