14.
Can I caution against Brass with Yamaha Silent Brass - okay for a few minutes a day but total reliance on the mute will wreck your chops (lips in the Brass world not flashy runs of scales etc!), the pressure and resistance is all wrong, no matter what it says in the ads. Plus, as has been mentioned before on this thread, the intonation is poor.
I couldn't agree more. I personally would use a cup mute. the sort where you can slide the cup around so tha it can be either quieter or louder. This does make it really quiet and allows you to play properly. even a harmon mute isnt great. Matt

Ive had to reapir mine 3 times, but its easy enough. Someone else was selling an Ashdown mini rig on here somewhere for about £100 Its in the amps for sell section, Ill see if I can find it for you. 17.
I bought it but I never use it. I got it to use with Garageband but it is pretty crap with GB. I think that it works a lot better with other software. I'm desperate for a 3/4 drum pattern for a project, but it doesn't have anything useable!
jam studio has a 3/4 Not amazingly brilliant but a 3/4 pattern nonetheless
