  1. Sorry for taking so long to reply, I really don't spend enough time here. The spacings are all the same as a Musicman Stingray 5 string. It 17mm at the bridge (I think) and I'm not sure what the nut is, but it was all measurements taken from my Stingray. I'm still gigging this constantly, I got back to playing weddings in May and I've been busier than ever since June. The only bad thing I can say about this bass is the finish is too robust. It's a nitro finish and it just refuses to wear or discolour apart from a small spot where I anchor my thumb. I really can't recommend McIntyre guitars enough.
  2. I've been using a Barefaced BB2 for a while now, and I was happy enough with it, but I decided to try the Genzler 12-3 slant for a change. Partly because I love my Magellan 800 head, partly because I was interested in the line array and mostly because one appeared for sale when I had some money. I don't want to be negative about the Barefaced cab, it is a monster, but there is something much more focused about the Genzler. The lows are less wooly and the top is less brittle. The Barefaced moved more air, that's not really an issue for my main gig, but I think I will buy another Genzler cab soon. I still prefer my EBS Proline 410, but it's not really a fair fight because that weighs 8 tons and takes up most of the average wedding venue which is my usual gig. Anyway, I like the Genzler rig a lot, it's perfect for my gig. Also, by total chance it was a really good fit for the flight case I've had stashed in the garage for years, just needed to be cut down slightly. Sorry for the dodgy gig pics.
  3. Dropping the price to £100, not desperate to sell, but I'm not gonna use it and it would be good of someone could.
  4. I bought these years ago for a band that never happened, the kick mic has been used (on a bass cab) but the rest of them have never been used. I have guessed the value based on the fact that they are £236 new in Gear4Music, but I'm open to offers. Would prefer collection in Edinburgh, but happy to post at buyers expense.
  5. Selling my very well worn Big Baby 2. This has been gigged for years so it is not immaculate, the base of the cab is chipped and there are a few tiny holes where I had a clip-on mic holder. It still sounds great, I just fancy a change. I have ordered the touch-up paint from Barefaced, but I don't know how long it will take to arrive. If the cab sells first I'll send the paint on to the buyer. Comes with an equally well worn cover that doesn't cover the bottom, which is why the cab is chipped. I'd prefer collection from Edinburgh, or meet up somewhere within reason, but I can look in to shipping at buyers expense, or have it ready for shipping if you want to arrange it yourself.
  6. I just bought a Genzler cab off Dave, and it couldn't have been smoother. It was delivered quickly, packed well and priced fairly. It was in absolutely perfect condition too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy off him again. Cheers Dave.
  7. I had those lights replaced on a Streamliner before, it was in for a service anyway and the tech only charged a few pounds for the lights.
  8. Hello, This is still for sale. I have my eye on some more gear, so while that is still available I'd be a lot more open to lower offers. Within reason of course. I do really like this bass, but it rarely gets a gig.
  9. Sold pending the usual.
  10. This seems to be a bit unpopular everywhere I have it listed for sale. I'll entertain any reasonable offer, and would gladly swap for bass stuff.
  11. I've had mine listed for ages, can't believe there's no interest, they are amazing basses and that's a bloody good price. I've lost interest in selling mine, they're too nice to sell too cheap. GLWTS
  12. I'm not sure if this should be in other musical equipment, I mostly used it with guitar, but I did try it with bass. I used it a lot and although I took care of it, my foot did wear through the finish by the foot switches. It's still in good working order though and will be sent in the original box. I'd prefer Edinburgh local collection, but I can post at buyers expense.
  13. I'm having a big clear out as I have stacks of gear. This has been well used, but well looked after. I still have the original box and a nice well fitted Gator gig bag. I'd prefer collection in Edinburgh but happy to arrange uk postage at buyers expense.
  14. I'm having a big clear out as I have stacks of gear I've never used. These have never been out of their box, they are very much on the budget end of studio monitors. I'd prefer collection in Edinburgh but happy to arrange uk postage at buyers expense.
  15. I'm having a big clear out as I have stacks of gear. These were used quite a bit but were well looked after, I still have the original boxes. I definitely would prefer collection for these, or I can box them up if you want to arrange a courier. I think the post office would charge a lot for these, but if you want to pay it I'll post them.
  16. I'm having a big clear out as I have stacks of gear I've never used. This is a portable bus powered interface, the software has never been registered, and the interface has never been used. I'd prefer collection in Edinburgh but happy to arrange uk postage at buyers expense.
  17. I'm having a big clear out as I have stacks of gear I've never used. This is my Arturia Drumbrute drum machine and sequencer. I had planned on using it for a project, but as often happens the project never happened. I'd prefer collection in Edinburgh but happy to arrange uk postage at buyers expense.
  18. I'm having a big clear out as I have stacks of gear I've never used. This is a nice little 4 channel mixer with built in effects and USB connectivity. I'd prefer collection in Edinburgh but happy to arrange uk postage at buyers expense.
  19. Hi drlargepants, it's still here, and I'm definitely open to offers.
