I have a few spare (mint) copies of books by my late great friend Deke Leonard in my cupboard, and it strikes me they would make great Christmas presents for those who like reading about 70s rock music (Maximum Darkness) and/or guitarists of all eras (Twang Dynasty). They are currently unavailable except for silly money on eBay or Amazon Marketplace; I will sell at the regular price and chuck in UK postage.
A search of Deke Leonard on BC will find many fans of his witty and informative style. Charles Shaar Murray said "I wish I could play guitar as well as Deke Leonard writes..."
I have posted the Amazon links below for further info, though as I say the titles are not officially 'in print'.

Round our way the guitarists bring their new Les Pauls, retirement gifts to themselves, and learn how to play the 3 chord trick in public.
Don’t suppose a new Precision has the same appeal... my ‘competition‘ is mostly returning oldies. Not kids
All in very good to mint condition.

Each to their own. I paid £62 for a ticket, but amazingly walking out didn’t hurt!
i later learned Fripp’s cousin, who I guess got freebies, only lasted ten minutes. Guess he’s off the Christmas card list 😁
Glad you enjoyed it.
I walked out of Crimson at half time. Cacophonous and dreary ...possibly due to three full drum kits. Two too many IMO.
Wouldn't life be boring if we all thought the same?!😁
