Hello, Is there a way of seeing how much of your inbox you've used / got left? Had a look but couldn't see anything Thanks, Graham
2. Nice, apart from the triple pickups, that's rather close to the Precision I had him quote me on recently. Just got to get gear sold to pay for it now............which is always the hard part
3. Price dropped to £35.00 delivered, treat yourself and help me buy a pedalboard
4. I might be interested in this if it's still available at the end of the month - depending on what my bonus is like. Would you be willing to ship it ay my expense? Being basically a flightcase it shouldn't need much in the way of packing.
5. I don't know why you retired the pro 4200 cab, sure, it weighed a ton and was the size of a 6x10 but it was one of the best sounding mid-priced cabs I've heard. Back on topic though, congratulations on getting Geezer, that's a great endorsee
6. Photos of the Dod Feel free to make me an offer, worst I can say is no.
7. Anyone got some good links to videos of Steve DiGeorgio playing? I used to have a couple of Death albums on my old MP3 player until it died, so be good to see some more
8. I don't think Mudvayne's bassist used a 5 string since the first album. I used a 4 tuned to B standard in my old metal band as the guitarist were in drop B, so if I'd played a 5, which I did for a while, that would've been the equivalent of a high C as everything was down a 4th
9. I've got the Linearsphere album, saw them supporting Cynic a couple of years ago and they were great
10. I would absolutely love a black Ripper, with a maple body and ebony fretboard, and I could probably afford one fairly soon, but a custom precision is at the top of my gas list right now. One day though......

12.
Beautiful, one day I'll own a Wal, sadly that day is not today. Have a bump on me.
+1 I don't know why I torture myself by looking at these threads
13. I used have a Stanley Clarke live DVD where he was part of the big School Days jam at the end and was easily one the best there
14. Get your bank to raise a cheque (Nationwide charge £10.00 for this, not sure about others) and mail it to him?

17. I'm fairly sure Shine are built in the same factory as Ibanez if that helps
18. War Pigs is a fun Sabbath track to play. Dazed And Confused is a good obey for PJ, gets your right hand strength up too!

20. Purchased from our own SK8 this arrived yesterday and it's a beast some of the sounds it produces are insane. The more extreme options wouldn't be particularly useful in many settings, but it is very versatile from a gentle overdrive, up to a very high gain fuzz. I bought it to improve my tone for doing Hysteria live and it does the Muse sound very well. I also had a lot of fun with the following signal chain: B-standard tuned G&L L2000 (both pickups on, in series, active with treble boost) » EBS Multicomp in tube-sim mode » Metaldrive with the gain up » Tech 21 BDDI with the gain pushed into my mixer with headphones. The filthy doom riffs I was playing with this set-up were great :-)
21.
Peavey Grinds are very good! The stock pickups sound fairly good recorded direct into a desk too, but the upgrade options are almost limitless with them being EMG shaped. Only thing to note is the necks are VERY thin, so while they're fast/easy to play they take some getting used to! I also would recommend a Shine. My first 6er was an active one of these and it was super comfortable to play. Again the pickups are EMG sized or jazz sized depending on what you go for so if you really feel the need to upgrade its easily done
It was your Sig / waxing lyrical about Peavey Grind s that put me onto them in the first place
