    I bought a P at the weekend. I, like a lot of people, have been round the houses when it comes to basses, but you just can't beat the raw simplicity of a P.

    I've done 50+ gigs with mine. Plays and sounds great, a real plug and play bass. It's been 100% reliable too.

    Loved mine (Roadie), but didn't find it versatile.enough and it lacked oomph compared to other basses...but..that bridge pickup only tone is amazing
