1. I've just bought an amp from Geoff. Great chap to deal with and delivery was swift even taking Easter into account. Cheers Geoff!
 2. Marbass Littlemarks seem to get big thumbs up. Haven't tried one myself though.
 3. I've only ever played 2, but both were more than worth the asking price, which I can't say for every bass supposedly of this quality...
 4. I've PM'd you Geoff
 5.
I'm thinking about putting up prize money however, for anyone who can stand more than 60 seconds of this:
Oh dear god that's awful... I managed 68 seconds...
 6. Just a quick bump folks. Cab is def now for sale. A few have expressed an interest but just in case they decide they don't want it nearer the time I thought I'd check and see if there was any further interest.
 7. I played a Fodera Emperor delux 5 in the Gallery a few years back. It took me about a month to get over it. Every time I looked at my girlfriend for that month I couldn't help but think "if i sold you into servitude i could afford that bass"....
 8.
Careful Dood you might get a bollocking for saying that.
Eh?
 9.
4x12 Techs - Hard to get but Lighter
I have a tech 4x12 that'll be available mid-to-end of april. There's a thread about it in the for sales section...
 10. Bump. Any more interest in this cab?
 11. BA voice on: "I PITY THE FOOL!" BA voice off...
 12.
I think this is what I'll use for my next build
You still want more?! I hear it can be quite an addictive hobby this old cab building...
 13. Hi guys, Just wanted to let you all know what a star mikeh is to deal with. I've just sold him an Aguilar AG500 amp. Friendly comms and quicker than quick payment. Great guy who i'd deal with again without hesitation. Cheers Ian
 14.
Well the amps sold
...to the man with the snake!
 15. What impedence are the speakers? What way are they currently configured? Need to know that before you can assess if it's possible.
 16.
The spec page from Tech is slightly misleading. They sold the cab in either 4 or 8 ohm versions. This is the 8 ohm version.
...what he said... Having an 8 ohm cab means you can always add another 8 ohm cab, as most amps are 4 ohm capable. If it was 4 ohms the vast majority of amps couldn't handle adding another cab.
 17.
That's what I thought Just to check though, it runs at 4 ohms as well as 8 ohms, right?
No, it's an 8 ohm cab. But as I said it's that loud I'd doubt anyone would need to add another cab, unless you're playing stadium sized venues!
 18.
Keep in touch I would definately be interested in that 4x12.
No probs!
 19.
I've been *possibly* looking for one of those 412 Tech cabs for a while! I would be very interested if you decide to sell in April, and I live in Sheffield myself
Keep in touch. If you're still interested nearer the time then you're in an ideal location!
 20.
Good golly miss molly, that is lovely.
...what he said :brow:
 21.
Would have been interested in the cab if you were a bit closer.
Um... read the first 3 lines again... especially the "possibly delivering these to your door" part. Could be closer than you think!
 22.
You could just go with a grill cloth maybe? Perhaps a nice sliver one for a cool vintage vibe... Would afford at least a little protection, keep dust out and probably wouldn't add much weight-wise at all... Just my 2p Eude
Exactly what I'd suggest...
