    I'd be interested to know what bass Chris Squire used on Mind Drive on The Songs from Tsongas DVD. He has a midi pick up attached to it. And its the only bass of his not mentioned in this thread so far apart from his 5 string from the mid 80's.

    I think all of us musicians should spearhead a movement to get paid like anyone else. Otherwise it is devaluing our playing. If you want to then donate your earnings to a good cause, great, but at least let us earn the money so we can decide what to do with it. Really liked the story about the plummers.....

    Fender Jazz Bass 1976, s/n 691*** ash body in rare walnut finish with block inlays, bound rosewood neck. Condition is very good with less than normal wear for it’s age, the neck (three bolt micro tilt) is straight and the truss rod works well, frets in good shape. It is well set up with a low action. Everything is original. The neck pickup cover is missing and the case is a custom made Five Star semi flight case. The bass weighs 10.5lb. Although this is quite a heavy bass the sound is simply astounding. It needs to be seen, as I feel the pics don't really do it justice; it also needs to be heard. In fact, once heard I think you might not want to go home without it? You are very welcome to try it out in Essex/M25. Looking for £1995.00, or make me a reasonable offer........ Cheers Paul.     Draw The Line are an Essex based Classic Rock covers band, looking for a lead singer/frontman with a good voice range, plenty of charisma and gigging experience, and someone who is willing to commit to regular gigs; PA and transport essential. We are a working band comprising of drums, bass, rhythm, and lead guitar & backing vocals all with plenty of experience of gigging and recording. Ideally we need someone who already has a broad experience and repertoire and can pick up new songs fairly quickly. .
