2.
Heads Up Folks, We've just discovered this very nifty little app for ios called Band Diary https://itunes.apple...d470255352?mt=8 It's a fantastic little app that everyone in the band can use and it's 69p. Everyone can put your N/A dates on it so no more frantic phone calls outside the pub or whatever. Use it to schedule gigs, rehearsals, add Youtube links to songs then you're all learning the right versions and fans can access your dates too, we havn't got any so I've not figured that bit out yet but...... Check it out, it's a real labour saver.
me likey but do they have a blackberry version for the 'apple nonconformist' band members?

    Newbie!!

  9. do you have many songs which require a low Bb? if not my humble suggestion would be get a five string in standard tuning listen to the bass line - figure it out and play it yourself (ie do not copy the pattern that the guitarists are playing on their puny thin-wired instruments) play the pattern on the bass as in a position on the neck where the riff best suits the register (which isnt necessarily going to be copy the shapes that the guitarists are throwing!!!)
  10. i tried the syb5 and like it but was struggling with it - the reason i found out afterwards is most likely the tracking issues with inconsistent input levels if you have problems with either pedal tracking accurately try something like the boss limiter/enhancer in front of it perhaps

  20.
Cheers, I've found them elsewhere, it's just unusual that DV don't have any listed on their website any more. (Not that I'd order a Fender unseen due to their shoddy QC of course.)
errr Squier Squire !
