  1. Bought Alex's Small Stone. All went smoothly, would happily deal with him again. Cheers, Sean
  2. Bought Lloyd's Ibanez 506. Good communication over a delay (not his fault), really well packaged, and an honest description. Good all round. Cheers Lloyd. Sean
  3. Neil Young/Crazy Horse Live Rust Wishbone Ash Live Dates Vol 2 Genesis Live Kingfish Live'n'Kickin And Genesis Live...
  4. Plus one for the Portamento. My 5 string has seen off competition from some very high end basses, cos it's so versatile. With white nylons on, it's near perfect...
  5. Thanks. I thought I could see the edge of two wheels, but wasn't sure. No tone control, then?
  6. Lovely looking instrument. I can't see any controls/switching etc. Am I missing something?
  7. Steve bought a Zoom pedal from me. Swift and painless transaction, with great communication. Thanks Steve!
  8. Stew just bought my Cort C4. He had to wait longer than anticipated, through no fault of his own, and was patience itself. Very easy to deal with. Cheers, Stew
  9. Just had Paul's L2000 delivered. All went well, bombproof packaging, and good communication. Thanks, Paul!
  10. Cheers, though, and good wishes to the seller...
  11. I am not good with midi, I couldn't even understand what you just said! I'll have to stick to my caveman understanding of technology...
  12. Your comment spurred me on to really fine tune the Aerium's sensitivity, now I've got it as near as dammit. Thanks very much, saved me from upgrading (for now!)

  14. No, that is helpful, thanks. I suspected as much. Cheers
  15. I've been playing a Godin A5 very happily through the GR20, with no problems. I've just fitted a GK3B pickup to my Ibanez Aerium, and that is working fine, too. The problem is switching between the 2 basses. Both have very different sensitivity, and I have to 'retune' the sensitivity each time I swap. Is there any kind of memory option to store a preset sensitivity, or is that a stupid question? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Sean

  17. 3.9kg,if we want to get all specific. 8.6lbs if you prefer (whichever is lighter...)
  18. I can weigh it properly tomorrow, for now I would say medium weight, but edging on the heavy end of medium. Is that helpful, or confusing..?
  19. A great pedal, very versatile. I use it a lot for pads, and also for key guides. Going down the synth route means it's not getting used. It's in as new condition, bedroom use only, and comes with it's own power supply.
  20. The above video explains it all. It sounds fantastic! Bringing in a swell of Mellotron behind your bass note is a joy to hear. I have thoroughly enjoyed using it, but going down the synth route means it's not getting used. It's in as new condition, bedroom use only, and comes with it's own power supply
  21. Zoom G2. 1U in very good working order, comes with it's own power supply. The flaking paint around the battery compartment is the only thing worth mentioning. It works very well with bass, I've been mainly using it as a volume pedal (you can assign various functions to the pedal, which is useful). Now surplus to requirements
  22. I have the C4Plus he refers to near the end of the video (for sale on here, ahem). His comments on the pickup/preamp combination are spot on...
