The Ric 4003W delivered today. It looks pretty good, and sounds great. It plays well through the Fender / Ampeg setup also.

I really do like the combination of the Fender / Ampeg setup. The SVT410-HLF moves the sounds out well. The ports are below the bottom two speakers, keeping them up above the floor, by about at least five to six inches.

Congrats on the FireGlo. A good looking FireGlo also. My 4003 was made a week before yours was.

Maybe a heat limiter that kicks in to protect the amp, and cuts off the amp if it's overheating.

I like the US Eminence 410's sound, and the cab is front ported. A 500 watts RMS, 4 ohm cab, that peaks out at 1,000 watts. I just like a single 4 ohm cab to get the full wattage out of it, as opposed to using two 8 ohm cabs to get the full wattage.[/font][/color]

i paired up the HA5500 head, with the VX410 cab. I tried the HyDrive cabs with the HA5500, and liked the VX410 cab better.

My Hartke HA5500 / VX410 Half Stack.

I never had a problem MIM basses. Some of the ones I've seen, and played were right there with MIA's.

The Hartke HD150 Combo works well with an SG Std. It has a good EQ to work with. The 15" takes the bottom well from the SG Std.'s pups also.

I'm dug in with two Am. Std. Jazzes. I really don't have any GAS for any new basses. For now anyway.
