  1. years back when I first started playing and was starting to realise that there were basses beyond fender I went on a bit of a "cool German basses I'ld like to own" phase - Warwicks I ended up owning but the L-bow was the one I remember seeing and wanting to try - just the whole concept of it is amazing - this is back before most gear would have multiple YouTube videos, and to be honest I still don't know if they sound as good as they look, and in reality if I'ld have the balls to play one at a gig - but wow they look good!
  2. Someone using it on bass!
  3. I found a video of bass on an onward - it sounded fantastic
  4. you might need to define this a bit more.
  5. I love this pedal. Prefer it to a real OC2 and its smaller
  6. Gets 5000 clicks and Lego make it. 50,000 and Behringer start making their own construction brick product to make it!
  7. How does it compare to your old microtron?
  8. It could of course be random.
  9. I’m going to try that compressor setting there - extreme parallel stuff going on!
  10. Belch mode for delayed repeats
  11. From the catalogue there are two models, and the wiring I would expect you have the standard model. The '62 has the stacked knobs

Gojira up in Glasgow. They carry the M45 - probably more expensive than Tayda but sometimes U.K. companies give better results and comms and … well I don’t mind supporting our local community!
  13. Their version of the Quatschmacher origin effects B15 could concept?
  14. Source audio’s version of the fart pedal? 127 presets and full midi?
  15. Google “fender japan catalog 1982” on a laptop/desktop there’s a few sources for free use google translate apps camera thing on your phone to translate the Japanese kanji
  16. Well the 1982 fender japan catalogue has at least three spec levels of jazz bass which would have been at different price points.

do, or do not - there is no try!
  19. seen the Broughton Fliptop is available again tomorrow? https://www.broughtonaudio.com/product-page/fliptop not that I need to tempt you more @Quatschmacher!
  20. I'm sure 21frets or somewhere said only the first batch of Strats had USA pickups, and the other models had Japanese?
  21. The thing is - I would question if it even matters? The nice thing about this era Fujigen is the necks, and body woods - the ones I've tried just play far nicer than their price. I'm a bit sceptical as to why unmolested pickups or electronics matter, it's not a pre-CBS... if it were me, play it, stick whatever pickups you like in it, and play some more
  22. because fender labeled domestic ones they would have been making at various price points. Some might have had fancy pickups, some cheaper? that's a guess
  23. though yours is more what I would expect than the link you posted. From memory of my JV squier series the pickup wires were cloth covered and the rest were not
