Indeed. I've got the parts for 6. One for me, one for Lee who encouraged me to try this, and 2-3 I think spoken for. I need to check I'm not making too many that I fall foul of the rules on here by talking about them!

    Hammond 1590LB close enough?
  4. I have driven past your city. You might need to start one, all you need is a few gear nerds, tea/coffee and cake
  5. It’s the transformer that pushes the price up isn’t it?
  6. anyway - back on topic, whatever the topic was.
  7. I went to PMT and bought a keyboard to try and learn piano, you know broaden your musical skills. You know how cheaper keyboards have demo songs? well this did, Yesterday by the Beatles, a Mozart piece and Wagner... except it got stuck playing Wagner. So took it back to PMT, and great customer service, they exchanged it for another - apparently not an uncommon fault in this type of Electric piano, I had got a Nazi Synthesiser.
  8. The time based section has some really nice modulation in it too
  9. I’ve played this bass years back at James’ it’s really good - although back then the synth thing freaked me out!
  10. some coated strings coating isn't conductive - which is an issue when basses use the strings and our hands as earth
  11. that's not unusual is it - you earth it via your hand?
  12. Nice - ild love to know how you get on with it with bass - I only found out what onward was by accident a couple of days back - and seemingly got quite excited by the possibilities!
  13. years back when I first started playing and was starting to realise that there were basses beyond fender I went on a bit of a "cool German basses I'ld like to own" phase - Warwicks I ended up owning but the L-bow was the one I remember seeing and wanting to try - just the whole concept of it is amazing - this is back before most gear would have multiple YouTube videos, and to be honest I still don't know if they sound as good as they look, and in reality if I'ld have the balls to play one at a gig - but wow they look good!
  14. Someone using it on bass!
  15. I found a video of bass on an onward - it sounded fantastic
  16. you might need to define this a bit more.
  17. I love this pedal. Prefer it to a real OC2 and its smaller
  18. Gets 5000 clicks and Lego make it. 50,000 and Behringer start making their own construction brick product to make it!
  19. How does it compare to your old microtron?
  20. It could of course be random.
  21. I’m going to try that compressor setting there - extreme parallel stuff going on!
  22. Belch mode for delayed repeats
  23. From the catalogue there are two models, and the wiring I would expect you have the standard model. The '62 has the stacked knobs
