1. Love the Green Russians!
2. I picked one of these up earlier this year - cracking little amps and look great too. Good score
3. I've had two tele bass necks from them and various bits of hardware. Not cheap, but then the product is pretty much spot on and the custom options are great. Even things that aren't listed on the website can be accommodated. Great communication as well and the guys there seem to know there stuff. I used to go on the unofficialwarmoth forums for loads of good info and watching the latest builds peopel were doing. Also, sorry for pedant alert, but it's not Warmouth, it's Warmoth. Pedant alert off

I'd be interested to see how these hold up. I think they'd be great for small grab-and-go boards. Review would be great once it lands...you get one from GAK?
6. That's real tasty
7. I've got a Racer X one and a lightning bolt one. Amazing company, great designs and I've emailed them a few times about different things. Always get free stickers when you buy from them too, which is THE ULTIMATE SIGN OF A GREAT COMPANY! Buy with confidence!
8. Wall of sound!!!
9. I got one off vegas_hooker on here a few years back. 1980 version as well I believe. Paired with a Matamp 2x12. At bedroom/low volumes it was super bassy and really 'creamy'...didn't have much bite at all, but in a band setting, cranking it, it really roared and sounded superb. Can't remember EQ settings. I tried bridging the two channels, but felt there wasn't much difference between that and 'normal' mode. I'd get one again in a heartbeat...if I actually needed one. Sold it to Jigster eventually. Great amp!
10. that sucks...great amps
11. I used an 800rb with a Matamp 2x12. Sounded great, reltively cheap and relatively easy to carry. If you check out the Matamp porn thread in Gear Porn, Tayste has just got a new smaller lightweight 2x12...not sure on cost, but great quality
12. Surely the Weezer bass has to get a mention? As Neep said, the old Gibsons like the RD, Grabber and Ripper are all pretty dorky (but super!)
13. Looks great Ste! 2x12 looks bob on as well.
14. Mmmnn I really liked the Tall Font by W&C. The ARC sounded great, but didn't really sound like a russian muff should in my head. Still sounded great though,m and looks the business. Also, I love those dakaware knobs, so it should look every better!
15. No problem, Banzai are great for parts in the EU. Yeah, sold my BGP to Kev so it's mine. Only know of a couple over here so far.
16. I think a soft 'banana milkshake' type colour would look super with a maple neck. But no, I don't have one.
17. Might not be what you're looking for but.. http://www.banzaimusic.com/Davies-Black-Knurled-Pointer.html Also, I think you've got my old ARC BGP...enjoy!
18. Thanks, there doesn't seem to be too many around. Mine is USA built and sounds lovely. There's one on ebay for £375 with 10 mins to go. Bit rich that, mind. Nice DB by the way!
19. It is! Little cracker

21. Looks a beauty http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHpaoeyYjOs
22. I think that looks great! Well played!
23. I've had 2 bubble font Russians, a General Guitar Gadgets clone, EHX Bass Big Muff, W&C Tall Font Russian and the ARC Big Green Pi. Out of the clones, the W&C sounds most like an original green. Saying that, I've never heard anything that sounds quite like an original. Whether that is just me being picky, I can't say. The originals have a boxiness and growl that I've not seen replicated. I'm tempted to try a W&C Box of War. There's a comparison on Youtube that sounds spot-on...
