1. Might not be what you're looking for but.. http://www.banzaimusic.com/Davies-Black-Knurled-Pointer.html Also, I think you've got my old ARC BGP...enjoy!
2. Thanks, there doesn't seem to be too many around. Mine is USA built and sounds lovely. There's one on ebay for £375 with 10 mins to go. Bit rich that, mind. Nice DB by the way!
3. It is! Little cracker

5. Looks a beauty http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHpaoeyYjOs
6. I think that looks great! Well played!
7. I've had 2 bubble font Russians, a General Guitar Gadgets clone, EHX Bass Big Muff, W&C Tall Font Russian and the ARC Big Green Pi. Out of the clones, the W&C sounds most like an original green. Saying that, I've never heard anything that sounds quite like an original. Whether that is just me being picky, I can't say. The originals have a boxiness and growl that I've not seen replicated. I'm tempted to try a W&C Box of War. There's a comparison on Youtube that sounds spot-on... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1-ixHywxdg
8. Forgot to say, I use a Diago Micropower with mine
9. Not isolated, but Pedaltrain are due to come out with the Volto - a rechargable power supply designed to fit under the Nano and Mini boards. It's been on the cards for ages and no release date yet. http://pedaltrain.com/products/power/volto.php
10. Very nice, always been interested in the Mywatts, but their rarity in this country makes them drop off the radar sometimes. Good luck with the sale!
11. This sounds great - cool demo.
12. It is a great shop - Gary in the bass department is spot on. I've been collecting bits for the G-3 for a few months, and dropped it all off with Jack Ellis at Jack's Instrument Services in Manchester yesterday. Gonna need a new fretboard and lacquer so looking at least 2 months away....
13. Very cool bass, and nice review too. Promenade is my local music shop and I've been meaning to try out the G-3 they've had there for ages...guess I won't bother now! I picked up an original 1976 G-3 earlier this year and it's currently being restored, but having owned one previously, they're really cool basses that pack a real punch. Good buy!
14. Undone (The Sweater Song) - Weezer
15. I'm certain I've read that a Hiscox Burns Bison bass case fits a Grabber/G-3/Ripper. I've been looking as my G-3 doesn't have a case...can't say about the RD, but might be worth looking into
16. My spidey sense tell me is looks like it belongs to Quimby who is a member on here
17. Sold pending payment - thanks all!
18. Forgot to say - has velcro on back!
19. Hi all, I'm sure most of you know about this fuzz. Sounds amazing. I need to free up some cash to get a bass restored, so once I'm sorted financially I'll be buying another one, but for now this has to go. Mint condition, never gigged - only had it about 3 months. There are reviews all over Youtube and the internet. £115 shipped within the UK. ***SOLD*** No trades please. I can do pics if really necessary, but it is mint.
20. Hey Ste, Unfortunately this sold this afternoon..going to update the thread now. It's very 'dirty Matamp'...which is good! I see you've got a GT200 Mk2 on order...you still keeping the B-15?
21. Hi all, I've had this up for sale previously, and withdrawn it, but now it's definitely for sale! This is an 'Orange-flavoured' overdrive and distortion, hand-made in the USA by Earthquaker Devices. There are only a handful of reviews for this on bass, but all are extremely positive. It can be used eaither as a clean(ish) boost due to the amount of volume on tap, or pushign up the gain makes for a lovely valvey tone. Having previously owned an Orange AD200B, and a fan of the old Orange/Matamp bass tones, this pedal gets a great sound very similar to that. When I've used it, I just used it as a slight tuey break-up which cut through great and was very responsive to player dynamics. Ive had this pedal since February so it is in great condition, comes with velcro on the back. Paid £133 shipped back then, and now looking for £90 plus a fiver shipping? ***NOW SOLD THANKS!*** This pedal can be run at either 9v or 18v. Sounds superb at both, but I'll include my Diago 18v adaptor (think I paid about £12 for it) in the sale. Not looking to sell it separately thanks. Bargain! Any questions please ask...
