4. 55-94 on-hold until end of Sunday (5th) .. at which point (if concluded) Xotic will be removed.
 5.
WoW..Xotic's rather tasty..Can't find an SB2 - is it an XB2?
Yes, my error - current model is the XB. Not sure if it was previously SB. When I first saw them they were TB (early neck through or set-neck version/s):-
 6. Lakland USA 5594 USA Deluxe :- Sold Sunday (5th). Quilt/Amber-Black-Burst Xotic SB-2/5 Early & original (rare) model Xotic XB-2C 5-string bass: 34"-scale, 24-fret, 3-pc. Maple/kingwood neck with brass nut - Nut 1.75”/string spacing 9/18mm (nut/bridge) - 2 Kent Armstrong soapbar pickups with custom Xotic active preamp. Controls: Master Volume, Blend, Master Tone, and 3-band EQ - Hipshot tuners and Kahler fully-adjustable bridge - Built-in Dunlop style strap-locks. The XB-2C or "custom" features an exotic wood top and back Only the top on the new models, I think), and ebony fingerboard with aluminium rings inlays. This bass features an exceptional Quilt mapletop/back with amber-black/burst finish and an ash core. It has a very wide range of available tones and a very powerful sound. The "B" string is very tight and focused. It's certainly one of the best fretted 5's I've tried - both my instruments have exceptional tones (slightly different / woods) and playability. The only other 34"/5 with this quality of sound & playability (I've found) are Marleaux. Neck Radius = 16R . Nut = Brass . Pickup = Kent Armstrong . EQ = Xotic Bass Preamp (18V) . Tuner = Hip Shot Ultra light . Bridge = Kahler Fixed 5-st /Black . Control = 1-Vol, 1- Master Tone, 1- Balancer (Pan), 3-band EQ + (Rear) 4-mid frequency Switch, Output Gain Control . [Switch] = Vol (push: series, pull: parallel for front pickup) Tone(push: series, pull: parallel for rear pickup). Strap Button = Jim Dunlop X 2 . c. 10-lbs. This bass comes with it's original hard-shell case and keys. This being one of the original Xotic company basses - Volume and Blend knobs are push-pull coil tap for neck / bridge pickup(s). A small amount of the "Kent Armstrong" lettering has rubbed off of the bridge pickup. Xotic instruments now available from BassDirect. 11.
Any interest in a trade with an epiphone EB3 long scale? this one http://trichards.co.uk/images/gallery/Current%20Basses/epieb3.PNG
... I'll ask Gerry and PM (not my bass)
 12.
Just wasted more time reading an advert that has'on hold' on on the second page I was on my way round halfway down the first page.... Please write SOLD in the title.
Tough ... didn't realise your time (just re-read through again myself - took me all of 2 minutes) was so precious. I'll write SOLD in the title when it's sold: payment from EU takes longer than within UK. But wanted to indicate to potential buyer that it is on-hold for him. Am I breaking some written / unwritten BC rule here; and are you writing them ?!

Perhaps you could disclose the full ID of : p***s( 27) so we could add to our blocked bidders list. Wasn't there a viable 2nd-chance offer/option?

 18.
What sort of commission does Andy Baxter charge?
I'm pretty sure it's 20% (and that others charge 15%). So if Joe wanted £2k for the bass (for a simple example - not sure if this is the case), then it would be £2000 on BC, but £2400 via andyb' (and £2300 commissioned elsewhere).
