    That would do it. Had no idea the finish was so thick - that's well over a mm if so.

    So was the heel already very square and slab like then? My Mexican and even my Indonesian both have smoother and more rounded edges. I am surprised they are so different.

    A 2009 combo, made in Italy (!) in great condition – used only in church for the last six years where has never been turned up much beyond ‘one’. Great quality and clarity, very functional and lightweight. Collection from Junc11 if M25. Now £425.
