5. No, although that describes exactly what I did. 'Upload failed'. Never mind. Vive La France.
6. Now just the 110 left - £225 (not the £240 it says above that I can't change :-) ) Thanks! Had the amp new since 2007 and the cabs since almost new in 2005. This rig has been great, you know these things I guess. Well looked after - never been above 2 on the old volume control. looking to move to an idiot proof combo so trades to something appropriate possible. Thanks! Stuart jun11 of M25 Dropbox link to lots of nice pix is here: https://www.dropbox....nGiRQI8Xba?dl=0
7. Can you get to the back of the amp for line out sockets and all?
8. Hi, interesting that you have taken the plunge and dumped the backline for in-ears only. I have tried that but always feels detached, like you are not actually there... Was it a big adaptation?
9. Well I am trying to reduce the price to £1400 but the forum won't let me - whatever I do it still says £1500. Anyway, now selling for £1400!
10.
Or possibly a Morecambe and Wise fan.
You got it!! (is it also a football team then?)
11. Don't think I have any accurate scales but 'a bit heavier than a precision, similar to a status S2 and slightly heavier than a Roscoe Century std'. Which is probably all meaningless rubbish but - sorry.
12. Just reduced the price a little. Mine for a year, my regular gig has finished so it seems criminal to have such a great - terrific even - bass sitting in a box, not to mention having the cash tied up. So, she's back on the market. Previous owner's ad puts it better than I can - My 2005 GB Spitifre that has been reviewed by Dave Marks in Bass Guitar Magazine in 2005! Plus it holds probably the highest marks in BGM at 97%! The specs are: 1 piece swamp ash body Spalted Canadian Maple top, Maple neck Bound Snakewood(!!) fingerboard Usual GB pickups and electronics Gold Schaller hardware Hiscox Hardcase + straplocks The writing on the back of the headstock is ontop of the laquer and rubs off. It won't be there if you don't want it to be! This was reviewed in BGM May 2005. Still got the highest score in BGM ever!! I'll include a copy of the magazine as well.. The pics can be found here: http://s1124.beta.ph...y/GB%20Spitfire My pics taken today are attached. (I have more but the system won't let me upload them - email me and I will send) stuart at boreham.co.uk,. Based Junc 11 of M25 Thanks! S
