  1. I think Darren nailed it, Squanchy* would definitely make a better president and be ironically less of a cartoon character. *See “Rick and Morty” for details.
  2. Just added some new OC-2-type patches, including two which use an expression pedal to gradually morph to a different synth sound. See link in above post.
  3. This post cannot be displayed because it is in a forum which requires at least 1 post to view.
  4. If higher arco pressure translates to a volume increase then this will be possible. Actually there’s an idea for a product right there: a bow with tension measuring sensor (like the bridge saddles of midi basses) which would send out that info as a midi cc message which could then be sent to a parameter via the mod matrix.
  5. Just to tidy the thread up, all my v3 sound clips are available to listen to here. If you let it load through the google drive app you can then swipe right to move to the next clip and all patch numbers are given. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1u2-dJaWdaAbPDnDdWkipu-P7IH_GHLQ2 Current numbered list looks like this:
  6. Ah, no, series only on FI. You can choose the order of the EQ and drive and choose whether dry and/or wet get sent to them.
  7. What exactly do you mean by this? Can you give an example?
  8. Yes I’m aware, and the guy you bought from is already trying to find another!😆
  9. Thanks, I may have to create a new one once the new firmware is out as there’ll be some differences. Hopefully it’ll be astounding enough to make you not sell your FI again! 😆
  10. These links are sound clips of patches I’ve created for the upcoming v3 firmware, just click to listen. To preview patches using the pedal you need to plug into a PC and use the editor. The editor allows you to browse a folder of patch from your PC and loads one into a temporary edit buffer so you can hear it. You can then select ones you like and write them to the pedal. I posted an explanation of how to do this above (if I haven’t already, I’ll paste it into the first post so people don’t need to hunt). Tuner is accessed by a long press of the on/off footswitch. (You need to have a firmware version installed which has the tuner of course.)
  11. Yes, interface will allow reshuffling but also new patch creation.
  12. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RYQMXww2uCMypfKDOPYDRa4bjHUqQoWm/view?usp=drivesdk
  13. The first portion of the clip is totally doable on anything up to and including v2.2 and I can share settings. I can’t share a patch yet without rolling back my beta firmware, otherwise I’d do so. Happy to share settings though until such tone that v3 is public ally released. The second part of the clip has simultaneous EQ and drive which is a v3-only feature.
  14. It’s a v3 patch and one I’ll probably submit for use as a factory patch. Regardless, of course I’ll share it.
  15. I’ve just uploaded clips of some new patches I’ve made (see my latest post in the thread below). They might sway someone. Also does a convincing octaver: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1efg5sMTSGWu634ZZ2UH-d6dHoaQt7PpM/view?usp=drivesdk https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZPdoaZQTnVBD8HarWJdq_wewLxtJTlaG/view?usp=drivesdk
  16. Can’t believe how many of these have been up for sale this week. Such a great pedal and about to be become loads cooler with the impending update. Here are some patches I’ve made for the coming v3 update: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PNcyA3TIJy126bPmVOIYaQaHy0lzuQym/view?usp=drivesdk
  17. I bought this a few weeks ago from @mike 110 as I needed a P while my PJ bass was on an epic stay with the luthier. My bass is finally back home and, as much as I’d like to keep this, I really am much more at home on the narrower neck of my PJ. It sounds and looks the business and is pretty light too. Not interested in trades other than a P with a J-width neck or a 75 jazz AVRI or FSR (or Sadowsky UV70) with mother of pearl blocks (rosewood preferred), natural or Olympic white only. The sharp-eyed among you will see that I’m listing this at £20 more than I paid but that is because I’ve fitted a new set of Labella 760FS to it. (I’ll include the couple-of-months-old set of Labella 760FM strings that were on the bass.) EDIT - I’ve put the heavier strings back on but will include both sets. Handover in person only. Collection from Sheffield preferred, though there is potential for me to deliver (via public transport) to Darlington, Newcastle, London and Bath/Bristol as I plan on visiting friends and family soon. I’m reusing Mike’s photos for now but can post others if required. Original ad is here: I really love the sound of this bass and am considering getting a slimmer neck made for it so I’d suggest moving fast on this before I change my mind about letting it go.
  18. Nah. It’s just that when using keys it’s exactly like a synth keyboard as it’s not responding to incoming audio signals as it is when using it with a bass guitar.
