  4. Fits a 2EQ or 3EQ Stingray with truss rod wheel, so approx 1990-2018. Made by the people in California that produced the original EBMM matte black pickguards back in the 90s / 00’s, this is one I custom ordered a few years ago. But my bass is now HH so I have a similar replacement. It’s got some scratches, as pictured, but you don’t want a shiny new pickguard on your 30 year old instrument right? 😊 £40 collected, or I can post via Royal Mail at cost.
  5. Now there's a thought... I'm at sea for another month, I'll plug in when I get home and see if the neighbours are still as keen for me to "get rid of that f****** thing"
  6. Is that you in the pic (on El Cap)?
  7. Go and find one then. The night is still young!
  8. You could sell me your Hulk and use the money to buy Si’s Meatbox. Everyone wins! (I already have a Meatbox, but always fancied trying the Hulk to compare). The Meatbox is a MONSTER.
  9. 1st is from '78 - earliest picture on my i-pad. 19 at that time 2nd is from June this year, making me 66
  10. Ha! I would have taken your arm off a year ago for this, ended up with a Mantic Hulk. If funds were better I'd be tempted...
  11. Definitely makes me feel like a shortarse.
  12. Unfortunately the Barclaycard left some clues. Despite my subconscious GAS denials.
  13. Ah ok so not quite as tall as Pino. Still not short though.
  14. I'd not heard that, sounds like a great tip, thanks! I don't think there is any wood missing, but certainly the fibres seem broken rather than crushed: but it's a straightforward low-risk-sounding thing to try 🙂
  15. You still think 'I wonder where they came from?'
  16. Monster (What's That Coming over the Hill) - The Automatic
  17. One of the first gigs I played in around 1980 I think, Polesworth Working Mens Club. Last gig I played, charity event for Capital 1 in a big tent in Nottingham somewhere around 2020.
  18. Is it the angle or is this guitarist taller than (6ft 7ish) Pino?
  19. Need the funds great pedal no box and postage included
  20. John: 🎶"Pino, your dinner's ready!"🎶 Pino: "Ya what..?"
  21. Indivisible volume settings. Whether on amp, stereo or tv, volume should always be on (ideally) an even number, but at least one that can be divided by more than 1. prime numbers are right out…
  22. Today
  23. This was common in the days before 3 wire mains cables were used, which insure that all devices are properly grounded. But it usually presented a problem only if one was holding a guitar and touching the mic. Just holding a mic should never present a problem. Even if the mic body is receiving current she would have to be a path to ground to feel anything. Have you had someone else hold the mic to see if they feel it?
