    For sale, nordstrand big singles 5, never used as new. I bought these for my cort B5, didn't install them and subsequently given the bass to my son. They are the 16.5mm ones. Price includes delivery (or you can collect). I get around kent too, so possibly meet/delivery if convenient.

    Price drop now £115! Inspired by both new and old, the AfterLife has FOUR different internal analog circuits that provide 2 distortions and 2 fuzzes. Providing plenty of headroom and a ton of gain, these four selections will cover all the distorted ground you’ve got. While the outside boasts a lone Mode selection knob and a Volume control, there’s more under the hood to this one. Internal adjustable trimpots are available for all four modes, with parameters like overall Volume, Bias, Gain and Filter. The enclosure is 100% Solid Aircraft Aluminum Machined. The artwork on the front and back is laser-engraved, and each AfterLife pedal is 100% hand-wired and hand-built. Collect from Chesterfield or add £5 for UK postage. Cheers! Sam

    My V5 Fretless has just been delivered. I’ve not even taken the plastic off yet but here’s a photo as promised. I can’t believe the quality of this instrument for the money.

    PRICE DROP NOW £220!!! Here’s my TC Electronic RH450 in used condition. Everything works perfectly - this is a proper workhorse of an amplifier, and small/light enough to use as a backup when gigging.     Oh my, I think the bass gods are really toying with me; I was looking out for a Tune 5-string a while back (I have the TWB-6 and a couple of the later Korean models). Sadly, funds won't currently allow me to go for it but I can certainly vouch for the quality of these basses. Absolutely! GLWTS. 👍😎👍

    DHL whist seemingly decent in mainland Europe are very poor in the UK. Have a look at any Thomann returns thread for more details of the lack of service.

    Ultimate are still making stands. If you liked it why not get another one? I've owned both Ultimate and Hercules stands, and while the Hercules is probably slightly better, the Ultimate was much more compact when folded down which may be an important feature.

    Bizarrely I found that the higher the compression was set the more volume I got, with just a smidge it completely ruined my tone and volume.

    Yeo the onboard Ashdown compressor ruins your sound and cuts volume. Not hearing many say they like it so as mentioned a low cost pedal out front is better. Might be partly why you’re not seeing enough input gain

    A set of the above. Fit Japanese Fender Mustang basses so prob most MIJ/CIJ Fenders (HVAC tape currently around shaft as recommended by Hipshot for a tighter fit). One key slightly different as shown, with the screw at the end, but all genuine USA Hipshots. Price includes postage in UK.

    One of the above, in good condition aside from slight wear on the back of the top horn near the strap button, and holes on the headstock where I fitted a Hipshot triple retainer - happy to put it back on if required. Weighs 7.7lbs. Comes in a generic gig-bag. No shipping, collection/meet up only.
